I guess that leaves Klisa and Marlan for shipping. The knight themed character and the dragon themed character...it has a certain ring to it.
I'm down for this. Or anything dresden-y to be honest.
...A cowering half demon. Okay, Cowering wasn't exactly the right word. But as her dreams became resltess and conflicted, her energy had began to spike up in rather unpleasent ways. Perhaps Raiko was simply unused to sensing the energy of a dragon, perhaps it was simply because the dragoness was that strong. Either way The young half demon took what was clearly a more defensive posture than anything else, in case she woke up and assumed something bad was happening and she blasted him with...well, what ever dragons could possible blast someone with. He assumed it would be something storm related, given all the stories of how dragons could control the weather as well as any of the weather demon clans could.

Given that assumption, and to be specific about what exactly the woman's eyes finally settled on, was the white haired demon boy a good several paces away from her, in a corner of the room near the door but not blocking it, with his umbrella opened up and held before him as a shield.

"Hey stranger, seems you've had something of a rough night. Just keep calm, and maybe don't try to kill me? I'm really not in the mood to fight at the moment, especially not after going through the trouble of carrying you all the way here from the sea shore."
Ya big meanie! XD

Klisa did what she did almost every time this week. She woke up early and tidied up the a part of the guild building. this week she was down in the storage basement cleaning and organizing their wares. It was exactly her job or her responsibility but she was happy to volunteer, even when no one asked. She found the steady process of cleaning and organizing such large spaces calming and nostalgic. There was something nice about getting into the guild while it was dead silent and empty and take a moment to just be alone and working with her hands in the vast quite of the empty building. It made the warmth of all the familiar friends and faces that would eventually fill it up all the more pleasant.

Besides, it gave others a break from often hated chore, which they would likely do half heartedly anyhow. People don't always understand how important it is to keep places that see alot of traffic well kept, large places will quickly fall into disrepair and chaos when left untended or done so poorly. Klisa was something of a practical thinker in that manner, though she would hardly identify as such. She had just finished up with the task and was walking back up to the main hall to return the mop and broom she had borrowed, only to find several people already in the guild. It wasn't odd that there were guild members already in, especially since she had been down there for what was likely a couple of hours. But There was the Guild Master, as well as a Stranger. The unknown presences naturally made the young girl a bit more anxious, all the more for the rather official appearance of the individual. She hoped no one was in trouble.

"Oh, ah...Hi, sorry to interrupt, Just don't mind me I'm passing through."

Looks like it just going to me Merlan and the ladies
Name:Klisa Bay

Age: 18

Appearance:

Personality: While out going and seemingly more confidant among the guild members or wit h friends she has a habit of becoming timid before strangers. That being said, she is not afraid to speak out or fight when it comes to the safety or honor of the guild and her friends.

How long: 3 years

Magic name: Sea Dragon Slayer Magic

Magic Ability:
- considered the 'mirror' of sky dragon slayer magic. While the user can demonstrate the ability to attack by generating sea water, as they Sky dragon slayer is able to enhance their allies abilities, the sea dragon slayer is more suited to weakening and disabling opponents.

Spells :
-General Dragon Skills-
most offensive skills, that are more in line with what traditional dragon slayers can produce.

Sea Dragon Roar
-A massive, whirling torrent of sea water is spelled forth from the users mouth, like a whirlpool, tidal wave, and a riptide all at once, it is by far her most powerful spell, though she can only seem to use it about once a day at the moment, even with an abundant of amount of water to 'eat' afterwards.
Sea Dragon Fang
-A fierce swipe of her hand is followed closely by a forceful rush of water that can connect with her foe with all the force of a hammer blow. Her go to close range, offensive attack. By no means an overtly impressive form of attack, it is strong enough to give the young girl claws to keep foes weary of approach.
Sea Dragon Claw
- Much like the fang attack, but it is a kick instead, much stronger and more 'sharp' where the fang is more blunt in nature. With a greater deal of force, and a keener edge she can use this move to slice through thick, hard wood, or inflict greater damage on a foe; but likewise it has a much more significant effect on her stamina.
-Sea Dragon Skills-
Skills unique to the sea dragon slayer. Most similar to enchantments curses, each one while only be in effect while she is focused on maintaining it. She an only use one of these at on a person at a time. so she can't double down her debuffing spells on a foe. It is possible for her to hold her cast all of the spells, even to their maximum number, on as many individual targets but it would drain her magic significantly and rapidly. Unlike the sky dragon slayer magic these are not 'cast and forget' spells that allow her to remain in combat. Once a curse is cast she must focus on maintaining it and is, at the moment at least, unable to leave a lasting curse of a foe and them preform other dragon arts.

Draining Low Tide
-A spell that can be inflicted on no more than two foes at a time. The spell, while active will drain the foe of strength and endurance, making them feel as if their power is being drawn away from them. It is far from spell that would instantly reduce a man to complete weakness, and the stronger the foe the longer it would take for them to have visible effects on there power, but in the heat of combat and apply well it is a good way to have a foe's endurance being spent twice as fast and to gradually reduce them to being breathless and weak. As soon as she stops maintaining the spell there endurance will began to trickle back in, quicker than it left, so its best for this move to be released once the foe is incapacitated or otherwise unable to fight.
Heavy High Tide
-A spell that can be inflicted on no more than two foes at a time. The spell, while active, will force an impressive amount of pressure on the foe, making there body weight feel as if has increased and give them the sensation that they are moving as if they were at the bottom of the sea. A good technique for slowing down a foe. How much pressure is actually applied to the enemy is based on how much power she puts into it. At most she can make them feel as if their weight is increased times 5, and while that can force many foes to their knees, she will quickly burn through her stamina trying to maintain such a force.
Withering Red Tide
- A spell that can be inflicted on only one foe at a time. The spell, while active, significantly drains the offensive power of spells. This only effects spell power and only very externally offensive spells. This will have no effect on the targets physical strength or abilities that augment the physical power. But if your foe is trying to roast you with a raging inferno or deadly shadow spear, while under this spell he is more likely to produce a minor fireball or harmless shade.

Rank: Solid B, more due to poor stamina than a lack of power

Inventory: Klisa always has a pouch of salt about her. While she can replenish her strength by consuming freshwater, she finds salt water is much more effective and agreeable to her pallet.

Life Goal: Klisa, while not often open to discussing how or why, makes it no secret that she is a second generation dragon slayer. She has never meet or seen a dragon slayer and all of her dragon slayer techniques were self taught through trial and error. She wishes to meet a real dragon, sea or otherwise, and have it teach her what it can. Or at least to be able to see she met a dragon as a dragon slayer. That would be nice to.
if she doesn't make the cut for a Dragon slayer, or you have any questions/comments on this character please let me know and I'll answer said questions or prepare a different character for your approval.
