The Troll


Name: Leshas Muvaar
Blood color: Bronze
Age: 8
Gender: Female
Appearance: Leshas is a lean troll of average height, speaking of her constant physical work. Her hair is kept in a close, neat, pixy cut help keep it from getting in her way to getting overly dirty, the few odd curly ends betraying her naturally curly hair. Her teeth are mostly healthy and sharp, though a pair on her right side a very clearly chipped, likely from trying to bite something that was very hard. Short, curled horns adorn her head, and various necklaces of various color often about her neck. Her preferred attire is light and easy to move in, most often a tank top, shorts, sturdy boots and gloves.

She has a unique mutation known as 'Night Eyes', the physical result of which is that her eyes are pre-maturely Bronze and the outsides are Grey-ish rather than the traditional orange. Additionally she can see perfectly in pitch darkness but her eyes are hyper sensitive to light, and will be easily hurt or blinded in what most trolls consider normal amounts of light. As a result she is never without her goggles, which come with adjustable tint. It is possible that a side effect of this mutation has left her with a unique pionic ability, why she does not have a great deal of the powers that your average pionic does, she is one hell of a geokentic.

You spend a great deal of your time DIGGING TUNNELS with the expressed goal of FINDING PRECIOUS THINGS. Crystals and Gems are your favorite but you won't turn down the odd precious metal or lost artifact. Though most you find are rather busted. You have been told you are a CHEERY SORT, possible to a FAULT. Though that doesn't mean you don't have a temper, it just takes a lot to push you over that edge. Instead you enjoy JOKES, PUNS, and GENERAL TOMFOOLERY as well as HORDING YOUR FINDS which would be a problem if it weren't for your mole dad who instilled a industries attitude in you at a young age, so you have dug plenty of tunnels in which to keep your various finds. So what do you do with all the various odds and ends you collect. Well given your access to gems, metals, crystals and the like as well as your RIDICULOUSLY STRONG GEOKENTIC ABILITIES, you've become quite the AMATURE JEWLER, making various items for yourself and for sale.

Appearance: While she is certainly not at all shy about her appearance while in combat or on the job, when in casual settings she prefers to draw less attention to herself., she is often wearing a wide brimmed hat and long sleeved loose jacket that she can easily slide half or completely off to allow her unique Left arm to be unencumbered.

Semblance: Dust Eater: when activated a sickly black mist starts to drift from Carlin's mouth. In this state she can actually consume dust and temporarily channel it's power through her cybernetic arm in explosive bursts. When she inhales deeply, the mist makes something of a swirling vortex that can consume dust based attacks but she can only perform that technique if she isn't already channeling a type of dust.

Weapon Name: The Balder Mk I

Weapon Appearance/Function: Her left arm is a complex cybernetic prosthetic that can channel her aura as well as dust she consumes. A compartment in the palm opens up and can fire focused bursts of aura at a similar rate to a semi-automatic rifle and with similar levels of force. It is very durable and lends her a great deal of strength, making it a very effective in hand to hand or in wielding or other weapon. When She consumes dust she can channel it through Balder and produce a verity of dust-witch like effect. She can only channeled one dust a time and each charge, regardless of the amount of dust consumed only lasts a minute.

Weapon Name: Unrelenting Aegis

Weapon Appearance/Function: A buckler like shield, it can deploy short blade from the edges and spine like a buzz-saw. It is about a 2 feet in diameter, while not large it is uncannily sturdy. She uses it both defensively, for blunt force and slashing/sawing attacks.
Type: Melee, Defensive
Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: kept on her left side most of the time, when not in use it appears as a disk about 5 inches in diameter.
Form s: Simply put, its forms are saw mode on ( buckler/buzzsaw )or saw mode off ( just a buckler).

Personality: Rough around the edges would be fair to say. She is straight forward and takes very little guff from anyone. She holds herself with confidence and a sort of readiness that begs fools to invite violence upon themselves. She operates with a sort of cold callousness, not often one to form lasting bonds or long term partnerships. She will do everything she can to get the job done, and that about it. Don't expect her to go taking a bullet for anyone unless that's what she's being paid to do.

History: While the more in-depth details of her past, family, childhood, and the circumstances that put in the situation that made her what she is today are nobodies damn business, she will tell anyone who asks about why she is the way she was. When she was barely old enough to qualify for battle school she was entered into a special research project by the Atlas Military. She was a Dust sensitive youth, with the potential to become a dust witch, much like the famed huntress Glenda Goodwitch.

The Atlas military scientists wanted to study her and children like her and see how this powers could be applied to their science, augmented by technology, and further weapon zed. What you see today was the final result on their projects on her. A living weapon, able to combat dust users with their own power. After she became accustomed to her power she was of course to powerful for them to hold onto, and she escaped. On the lamb and un-trusting of any official organizations she quickly and naturally slid into the life of a 'fallen huntress' as many of her piers are called.

Why? Well, a girl's got to eat and upkeep on her working parts isn't exactly something that can be managed on pocket change. But more than either of those reasons, she loves putting all of that Atlas's scientists bastards hard work to bad use.
