What section would you put this in?
The story is pretty lackluster. It needs more details, the village, country, and mafia need actual names. You haven't really explained anything about Hiyora or why the different species signed treaties or anything about the other species at all. Before people can be interested in this, there has to be more to be interested in, not just a story, a year, and a planet. You should probably also explain how advanced society and technology are on Hiyora, lest people get confused and wear clothes that aren't period appropriate.

The suits keep you cool in the desert, and are used by almost everyone. How long you stay in the desert depends without getting hot depends on what type of suit you get. I'll get a list put together of suits and prices.
