Could I get a rundown on what's happening in the roleplay right now? I'm gonna see if I can introduce my character if there isn't a big event (or multiple big events) going on right now.
Rick and Morty can lick lick lick my balls, they'll never get revenge.
Portals, personally.
@Yuuta

Works for me. I'll remove the speeds. Lemme know if there's anything else I should do.
Agreed that portals is great if not paper manipulation.

@BrobyDDark I mean, if the issue is that you're attacking faster than anyone can possibly react, does 350 MPH solve the problem?

Gonna be honest, I didn't put much research into it. Just looked up the average reaction speed for a human (supposedly, 160 milliseconds) and found a calculator to convert that to MPH. Not gonna say it's accurate, but 350 and 290 are below the average reaction time.
@tipssyCalibrator So, are the speed changes for both attacks OK?
Jeb won't escape next time.

Hmm, on second thought maybe you're right. @BrobyDDark, do you think you could maybe nerf it a little (preferably by slowing it down to reactable speeds?)

Sure! Happy to oblige.

EDIT: Changed the speeds for both attacks from the average bullet speed of 1,700 MPH to 350 MPH for the dust bullet, and 290 MPH for the air burst.

Most of the characters in this RP only have average reflexes and don't have speed enhancing moves. But I guess being able to disperse it is fair enough, accepted

Okie dokie. Thank you!

A long range attack that can break bones at (I'm assuming) a pretty fast speed sounds a bit OP. What can another person do to counter it?

It'd move about as fast as a regular gun bullet. If they have a strong melee attack that doesn't involve body parts, I imagine they could disperse the air bullet. Blunt weapons and objects, such as maces, shields, boulders, hammers, even gloved fists (though gloved fists are not recommended) could also block it, or smack it away like a baseball. Since it only moves as fast as a regular bullet, I doubt anyone in a shounen setting would have trouble dodging it, and since it doesn't pierce, I also doubt people would have trouble tanking it, but that's just me.
