Notable Abilities
Blood Patriarch: A more powerful (And male) version of Melina’s Blood Queen ability.

Siphon: Draws blood directly out of the target’s body, can only be used during direct contact.

Regrowth: Allows Grant to use gathered blood to rapidly regrow injuries, and even reconnect limbs.

Link Bodies: Links two bodies together with Body Link magic, whether both parties are willing or not, with a more powerful bond than regular links. Both parties must be living, and any injury one sustains the other does as well. This ability requires direct contact. In Grant’s case, he can cast this on himself and then an enemy and harm himself to damage his enemy, since he can recover self-inflicted wounds with Regrowth.

History: Grant Vale is Melina’s younger brother, born several years after she was, he always looked up to his sister, admiring her, and did his best to follow in her footsteps. His parents, in their focus on making Melina a powerful sorceress, often neglected him, and his sister avoided him whenever she could. Despite always being treated like this, he stayed upbeat, doing his best to study the same magics they were teaching his older sibling.

When Melina left Iron Enigma, her parents were devastated, and Grant saw his chance to take his sister’s place. He studied as hard as he could, but his parents continued to treat him as before, insisting Melina would return eventually. When he became old enough to join the guild proper, he continued studying and learning blood magic, the magic of his older sister, as well as other forms of magic. He learned he was capable of very short-sighted precognition, only seeing up to two seconds into the future, and that he was also able to use Body Link Magic offensively as well as its normal uses. 

He was eventually promoted to S-Class by the previous master of Iron Enigma, and has surpassed Melina in his skill with Blood Magic. He now searches with his Father to find his sister and prove he is better than she is.
Personality: Kind and sweet, but prone to sudden violence and hostility.

1. Doesn’t need to get blood for energy like his sister.
2. Can react to even attacks he can’t see.

1. Consumed by the desire to best his sister and show to his parents he is worth their attention.

Motivation: To prove to his parents he is more worthy of them than his sister.
Appearance: Standing at 6’3”, Grant Vale has a fairly imposing figure. He is well-built, though still lithe, has well-kept blonde hair, slightly tanned skin, and shocking blue eyes. He usually wears a simple T-shirt and jeans most of the time, and bears no visible weapons, besides a small but sharp knife kept in his belt and hidden by his shirt.

Magic: Solar Magic, Lunar Magic, Eclipse Magic.

Solar Magic - Solar Magic is a type of fire magic that uses the sun to make it more powerful. Most of its abilities can only be used during the day. Its strength varies with the time of year, usually.

Solar Flare: A sudden burst of fire and heat that can cause 3rd degree burns on a direct hit.

Solstice: The caster draws in the power of the sun storing it inside the body. If enough is stored, it can cause the caster to glow. Cannot store power of the Sun if the caster is storing the power of the Moon.

Solar Wind: A warm wind whips around, carrying small objects as well as draining opponents of their magic power slowly.

Shine: Emits a blinding light.

Summer’s Dream: Causes the sun to shine as if it was a midsummer day, cutting through any clouds, heating up the air, and powering up other solar attacks.

Beam: Focuses light from the sun into a single beam that can cut through most things without problem.

Stellar Calling: Allows Serma to use Solar Magic at night, drawing from the power of the stars in the sky, but the magic is much weaker.

Blade of Sol: The Caster summons a blade, of any shape, made of pure sunlight. This blade can cut through or burn almost anything.

Lunar Magic - Lunar magic is a type of utility magic that draws from the light of the moon to power itself. Most of its abilities can only be used at night, and its strength varies with the phase of the moon.

Lunar Light: Calls upon a ball of energy that gives off a dull white light.

Lunar Beam: Focuses a beam of light from the moon that can freeze most things rapidly. Can use the light created by the Lunar Light spell for a weaker effect.

Lunaris Divum: The Caster draws in the power of the moon, storing it within the body. If enough is stored, it can cause the body temperature of the caster to fall some. Cannot store power of the Moon if the caster is storing the power of the Sun.

Lunar Armor: The light of the moon becomes armor for the caster, protecting them from all but the sharpest of blades.

Luna: The Caster calls upon the moon to give the caster power. causing a temporary full moon in the area near the caster, and cutting through the clouds. This takes massive amounts of magical energy to sustain.

Lunar Seal: Coats something in solidified moonlight, sealing it and preventing it from being opened again unless the seal is brought into the light of the sun.

Gaze: The Caster can use this spell to look into a pool of water and see anything the moon can see. This spell only works if there is no sunlight being shown on the pool of water, and the energy cost is proportional with the distance trying to be seen.

Blade of Luna: The Caster summons a blade, of any shape, made of pure moonlight that can cut through or freeze almost anything.

Eclipse Magic - A combination of both Solar and Lunar magic. It works best with both the sun and moon are in sight, and is nigh-unstoppable during an actual eclipse. Otherwise it can be used almost any time of day. It is uniquely resistant to dispelling magics.

Ecliptic Glare: Allows the Caster to creates or absorb light.

Corona: Creates a field of searing heat and light around the caster.

Light of the Eclipse: Creates a field of darkness and ice around the caster.

Ecliptic Armor: Creates platemail armor from both the sun and the moon’s light, allowing it to either be freezing cold or burning hot at the will of the caster, and its strength has been compared to a dragon’s scales in the past.

Tumult: Creates harsh winds from both the power of the moon and the sun simultaneously, freezing and burning the caster’s opponents at the same time, as well as draining their physical and magical energy.

Eclipse Blades: Creates both the Blade of Luna and the Blade of Sol simultaneously, but gives them both the abilities of the other, and renders them nearly unbreakable and undispellable.

Blackout: Causes the sky to go completely black, can only be used at night and when the moon is less than half-full.

Horizon: A weaker version of Ecliptic Horizon, it causes the target to see and feel as if they were drawn into the Ecliptic Void, but not actually be sent there.

Ecliptic Horizon: Draws the target into the plane of the eclipse, trapping them forever in a void. This spell can only be used during an eclipse.

This is an incomplete list. There are many more spells than can be listed in a reasonable amount of space. These are just the most powerful/commonly used.
Magic Level: S
History: Serma is one of the many “Generationals” in Iron Enigma. Born into the guild, she had the powerful previous generation of mages’ magics to learn from. It quickly became clear she was highly talented in magics involving the sun and moon, and she eventually combined her talent in the two to be able to use what she calls “eclipse” magic. As soon as she passed the minimum age to be officially part of the guild, she was put through the S-Class Exam and was promoted. She is now considered one of the most powerful wizards in the entire guild, and is currently also the youngest member.
Personality: Quiet, and follows orders to the letter.

Three Strengths:
1. Her Magic is highly versatile.
2. She can patch up most injuries with ease, so long as it’s not in the daylight.
3. Due to her size, it is easy to underestimate her.
Three Weaknesses: 
1. She is physically weak.
2. She follows any order given to her from people within her guild, even if they’re to her detriment.
3. She can fall into bouts of depression easily.
Greatest Love: The Sun and Moon.
Motivation: Seeing moon from far above the earth.
Appearance: Serma is almost always dressing a robe that covers her entire body and uses her eclipse magic to keep her face in the dark under the hood. The robe itself changes color with the time of day, turning white during the day and a deep black during the night. She has two pendants, one of the sun and one of the moon, around her neck that hang outside of her robe. When she takes the hood down, she has pale skin and black hair. Her hands are perpetually covered by gloves that continue up her arm a bit, and her robe has an emblem on the back that changes between the moon and sun on the same cycle of its colors. She only comes up to about 5’2” and is very frail.

Name: Mark Zerrit
Age: 26
Magic: Various kinds of Maker Magic.
Magic Level: S
History: Mark Zerrit is one of the many “Generational” guild members of Iron Enigma. His parents were both in the guild, and so it was natural he joined as well. His parents sent him to various places to learn various kinds of magic, and while were slightly disappointed that he only ever learned maker magic, but persisted. He eventually learned five different maker magics, and eventually proved his was quite capable with all of them.
Personality: Aloof and brooding.
Team Members: N/A
Three Strengths:
1. Can handle most situations with one of his varying maker magics.
2. Very knowledgeable about the world as well as magic.
3. Well versed in social interaction.
Three Weaknesses: 
1. Doesn’t know when to stop talking.
2. Since he uses multiple kinds of maker magic, he isn’t as skillful or quick about using his magic as most.
3. Always announces himself and his affiliations when introducing himself.
Greatest Love: The Sky
Motivation: To learn every kind of Maker Magic he can.
Appearance: Mark stands at an average height of 5’10”, and has very tanned skin and dark hair. He is fairly thin, and looks as if a solid punch might break him apart. He usually wears fairly regular clothes and has a pendant from each of his teachers on a necklace.
Additional Details: Guild mark is on the back of his right hand.

Name: Jacob Conners
Age: 19
Magic: Takeover Magic: Grand Animal Soul - Allows Jacob to transform into a larger and deadlier form of most predatory animals. He usually keeps a partial transformation that leaves wings on his back, just for effect.
Magic Level: A
History: Born into Iron Enigma, Jacob grew up under the wing of the previous Guild Master, and it was clear it was every intention of the previous guild master to have Jacob run the guild once he got older. However, due to unfortunate circumstances, the honor of running the guild did not fall on Jacob due to him being too young and inexperienced. He fortunately didn’t take this too hard, and has trained ever since to surpass the current guild master and become the next one.
Personality: Somewhat cocky, and includes a lot of showmanship in his magic and attacks.

Personality: Fairly clever, but is fairly good at reading a situation, especially pertaining to her. Fairly egocentric, but can think of others when she tries.

Deyja’s form of Shadow Control Magic allows the user to turn their shadow into most any solid shape, as well as warp its shape in any way they choose. The caster may not affect their body using this magic
Magic Level: A
History:  Deyja grew up to a small but rich family that lived away from everyone, resulting in him not interacting much with anyone save his parents and one sibling, who was eight years younger than him. When he turned fifteen, his magical potential became clear to his parents, and at age eighteen they were urging him to go out into the world to find a guild to join. At age twenty, he finally left, and joined the first guild he found. Iron Enigma, though he’s never been able to look a member in the eye, he never learned social norms (Or that killing was bad) and so has proven himself useful and ruthless.
Personality: Heavily agoriphobic, to the point of almost never interacting with anyone if he can help it. He gets nervous around anyone, even people who clearly are no danger to him. He is, however, very protective of those he cares about.
