Hello! This is Buzzingbee! I used to be on here as BuzzBee but I had some trouble. I had issues in real life that made me go off for a while and then when I was going to come back on, passwords, emails, etc were forgotten and lost. xD But I'm back and ready to jump into where I left off!

I'm not sure cx I'm good with just focusing on the fighting if you want but I do have a couple of ideas we could potentially do!

1. A group of Younisians maybe breaks off towards the village. Gavin and Penelope could see this happen and fall back to try and defend the villagers, while potentially seeing a few of their own comrades being reckless and endangering the villagers as well as running into Crow and co, of course cx

2. Younisian knights begin to push back the Brerratic knights while they wait for the back up to arrive. Layth could charge in, focused on winning and endangering/hurting villagers in his path, and gets himself into a fight with Crow. Penelope sees and problems are caused xD
I noticed xD
Penelope would not approve
The camp was bustling and the energy seemed to change as the battle was now nearing. Young knights seemed anxious while older knights just seemed stressed with all the work that laid on them now. Penelope spent most of the day with Mia and Tomas, going over the trip the troops would make as well as any additional details and concerns, before she headed out with the first group of knights. The knights wouldn't leave until later in the day since Whitebridge was fairly close by.

Word eventually came of the scouts who had been injured by thieves. Penelope felt uneasy at the news. She was glad to see Crow had kept his end of the deal but she was beginning to feel more torn between two worlds. One she wasn't even supposed to be apart of anymore. Another troubling aspect was the anger that it caused to be relit towards the thieves. A patrol was of course sent out but only one thanks to most of the knights focusing on the battle at hand.

It was finally time for the knights to depart from their camp. Penelope walked to join the departing troops, which was a mixture of archers and foot soldiers as planned with Mia riding at the front. It wouldn't take them long to reach Whitebridge so the knights set out at a later hour in order to make it there by dawn. Penelope had been in many fights before but this was a completely new experience and she was admittedly a bit worried.

"You ok?" Came the concerned voice of Gavin as he stepped up besides her as they traveled near the front of the group.

"Huh-Oh yeah.. I'm fine." Penelope said and gave him a reassuring smile.

Gavin eyed her for a moment before taking her hand in his, giving it a small squeeze. "I was thinking.. After this battle, let's slip away for a bit. I'm sure we'll both need a break after this." He whispered with a smile.

Penelope looked over at him. The thought of some alone time with Gavin sounded appealing but the problem was she was suppose to meet up with Crow at the battle's end and thought she didn't want to admit it, she was looking forward to seeing him again. "That sounds nice.. But maybe not right after." Penelope said offering him an apologetic smile. "I think we should just rest for a bit before we go, ok?"

"That's fine with me." Gavin agreed contentedly.

She felt a small wave of relief that the knight agreed with her easily. She focused back ahead as they continued in the direction of Whitebridge.

Soon the troops reached their destination and moved into position as the time drew closer for them to attack the Younisian forces that laid ahead of them. Penelope helped Mia and Tomas direct everyone into position, moving the archers to be spread out in a half circle aimed at the enemy. The other knights readied their weapons as the time drew close and the sky began to lighten as the sun began to peak over the horizon.

Mia signaled for the archer's to load their bows. Penelope gripped the hilt of her sword tightly, watching as the Younisians took notice of them and readied to defend themselves. With another gesture, Mia commanded the archer's to release their arrows down onto the enemy knights. As the flurry of arrows landed, she then smirked confidently and gave a battle cry and called for the knights to charge forward. Penelope, amongst the sea of knights, followed orders as she launched herself into the chaos of her first battle.
Damnit Simon not again xD
Penelope was glad to see Crow relax a little at her words. As he thanked her, she just gave a wordless nod and looked elsewhere as the thief headed for the door. She looked up as he addressed her again and wished her luck. She felt her heart flutter a little at his words. Stop that.. She chided herself. "Alright." She agreed as he added that they could meet up again after it. She watched him leave the tavern and leaned back against the table they had sat at.

The knight waited a moment before heading out of the tavern as well and walking back towards her camp in the opposite direction.

Upon returning to camp, she was glad to see that Olivia was still on guard. It would make sneaking back to her tent much easier. She walked over towards the other female knight and gave her a small wave. Olivia spotted her and a wide grin spread across her lips. "Well, well, well Look who's back from her 'meeting'." She said suggestively. "How'd it go? You better tell me about it this time. Especially since I'm the one covering for you."

"I just told him what he needed to know. Nothing more, nothing less." Penelope said with a shrug. She paused before adding in a stern tone, "And stop acting like something's going to happen... We're not even friends anymore, let alone anything close to what you're imagining." It stung a bit to say it out loud even though she knew it was the truth. Crow and her had become distant, it was only natural after what she had done and the choices she had made. Penelope knew she had to let him go again, even as a friend, but damn it was difficult, especially when they were going to be meeting more consistently now.

"You say that yet you're out here sneaking off to give him information, taking risks just to make sure he's safe." Olivia smirked. "Say what you want but it certainly doesn't add up~"

Penelope snorted. "Well he was important to me. Of course I'm going to make sure he's safe. Just like I'm making sure my brother and the rest of our comrades are safe."

"Riight." Olivia said, making no effort to hide the fact that she didn't believe Penelope's words.

"I'm going to bed." Penelope grumbled, having enough of Olivia's insane accusations. She turned and walked off leaving her friend behind as she stepped carefully over to her tent. Taking off the peasant clothes and stuffing them away along with her cloak, she settled down for the night, soon falling asleep.
Nice! I'll have to give it a try sometime c:

Thanks xD It definitely helped lol
Penelope drank more from her mug as she listened to Crow's response to the information she told him. She gave a small nod, looking over at him as a small silence fell over them. She had given him all the information she had and it was time to part ways again. She gave a small mumbled of agreement. "I should head out soon too. Olivia's guard shift is probably nearing its end and I need to get back before someone else takes her off." She mused.

The knight was going to let him leave first when she hesitated. She suddenly thought about how Crow had stiffened up when she had tried to make small talk about his hometown and lowered her gaze. She didn't truly know if he was concerned about how much she knew about him and who she had told but the knight guessed that the unsteady terms they were currently on probably didn't put him much at ease. Plus with how much Olivia's been around.. He might suspect that I've told her about him more than I actually have. She thought with a small frown. Penelope paused then, instead of letting him leave, she stood up and took a couple steps towards him.

"Actually, there's one more thing." She told him. Her serious expression softened a bit as she looked up at him to meet his gaze, shifting uneasily as she wondered how to assure him that she had kept her knowledge about him to herself. "Crow.. I-I just want you to know that, your secrets are still your secrets." She told him quietly. "Olivia knows we were together at one point and that.. I.. left. But she doesn't know anything about your past. No one does. Not from me at least.

"And I intend to keep it that way." Penelope said with clear certainty. She took a step away from him and averted her gaze once more. "Anyways.. that's all I wanted to say. I'll see you around." She told him before moving out of the way so he could leave first.
I bet! I've tried making maps before but they don't come out too great xD

And sorry that took a while! I might have passed out a bit cx
Penelope set her glass back down as Crow asked his question. "It's happening close to the village north of our camp," She told him, pausing as she attempted to recall the name she had heard Mia used during their meetings. "Whitebridge. The attack is planned to happen at dawn in two days time." The knight rested her arms on the table and lightly tapped her mug with one of her fingers as she thought over the battle plans.

"We'll be split into two forces for this fight. The main and largest one will travel on a rather straight path towards the Younisian frontline from Whitebridge. It'll be made up of a mixture of our archers as well as foot soldiers. The second force will come from an angle at the west and a little later into the fight. It'll have the cavalry along with more foot soldiers." She explained to him, going into more depth about the plan that was laid out. Perhaps she should have been a bit more reluctant to tell the thief about everything and for a moment, she thought about Olivia's concern about her being an informant to the thieves. It's Crow though.. I know I can trust him. She reminded herself, feeling a little more at ease. Two years had passed and she had rejected him, so there may have been hurt feelings and discomfort between them but surely even then, he wouldn't use the information she told him against her.

"My baroness hopes that by splitting our battalion like this we'll be able to surround and over power their forces a little more easier." Penelope mused with a shrug. She trusted Mia's judgement but her first battle in the war had her admittedly a bit anxious, though she refused to show it, especially to Crow. She let out a sigh. "I think that's about all the information I've got on the battle coming up though.

"Oh, and there's been speculation of Younis attacking us soon. Especially after a skirmish broke out the other day. So be careful if you go out closer to the border. The barons have decided to send out more scouts and patrols lately to make sure we aren't caught off guard.. They tend to not get very close to the villages though so they should be easy enough to avoid." She explained to him.
That's funny I was literally thinking about how helpful a map would be for this roleplay last night xD

They look good to me!
You could probably put them on the first post of the IC?
I'll definitely use them a few times as we go I'm sure cx
