On board the Battle barge Vulkan's choosen High Lord Carolus Stands before the Heads of the Chapter and High ranking Guardsmen officers as they look at a holo of a near by system "High lord Carolus" one of the generals says as "Reports indicate A large Ork force has advanced onto the world... Reports state the defenders wont be able to hold out." he says as the holo shows the planet with Red and Grey shading for the orks and the defenders respectively. "I propose we send in two detachments. to do the following objectives" he says as he motions to the one controlling the holo device. the planet fades away to show various titan designs "There is reason to believe there are STC for Titan" he says "The first detachment code named broadsword is to locate and recover this data, with secondary objectives being claiming whatever they can for our forces and destroying what they can't" as he finishes the holo changes once more to several populated areas "second detachment code named Angel will be assigned to cover a general evacuation of the major settlements." As the general speaks the others look to the high lord "Very well general Prepare your force, I will deploy several squads of marines to help with both detachments...they will deploy as a last options in the case of the Regular army proves unable to do their duty."
