Well if that's what you wanna do, Caliban, I could go back to my original idea and my character could be a slightly older Jedi who is trying his hardest to consolidate and pass on Jedi teachings. I was gonna have him be fourteen or so when the cataclysm happened, so he'd be 22 now. Still young, but among the older remaining Jedi.
If you are willing that Would be nice. But you Really don't need to.
The idea i had was a jedi In Training finding force sensitive And training him/her or Vice versa. Sorry my Phone is flipping tables for some atm...so thats why it looks off.
