All old races are minor. You can have them hate you cause they can't really do anything. They are all sharing a system so we won't see much of them unless you contact them. The only ones you should want to worry about the other players and the new races. Side not on war. If it goes on to long you get civil unrest debuffs

Also as to a council sanctuary I will allow that. All council races plus krogan and Aquarian are here. But they will minor npc. They may come up in events and give you some gifts if you help them out. Also once the last people put in their votes I will be able to give out the starter mods and perks.

well for survivors there is between 2-3k per race. There was no combat I know about before. Least that Was shared with me. First let me show you an example of how rounds would go. Galactic news (Sort of Events the races can ignore or join in on) Players actions. Campaign(in the event of war) and ending of turns News(summery of events and actions taken.) Combat will consist of a dice roll with terrain,territory, and other modifiers to enhance to outcomes. example on a d 20 average military combat passing would be anything above ten. depending on the number example being five, would be a devastating loss and a 15 would be a overwhelming victory. 1 would be just soul crushing and a 19 or 20 would be a devastating victory. out comes can be modified by out by being defenders,ambushes, Urban,forested and the like. In a pm you tell me the actions you wish to take and I can roll for the out come. Or I can just have my buddy do some math and come up with the outcomes. I am a neutral party as my empire will be acting as an NPC group along with several others in which I may end up creating NS's for. If neither of these options are ok with you I am taking suggestions and ideas.
