Well buffs would situational and race based. A weak military targeting more insurgents and small scale stuff won't hold out against the Krall. In that situation you would have terrain, Territorial pride, air cover, moral, experience in the type war being fought.

well we got our first civil war event, That is a plus and Buffs are just like the basic things for the race you are. an example would be Krall having like fear or something due to their tactics. And some are conditional. like the Trillovinum's race not only fighting to keep the fighting from their home word or in the event of a retreat they get a bonus to organized retreat..or something like that...

yeah I got it. IF you want I can put it down as an official event? that way if people join a said and that side wins they can get a buff? on the topic of buffs... yall want me to give you all the starter buffs for your races? Now on to the topic of hive ships, you already have hive ships that act like the Krall super ship. Unless its weakness/limit is very good I may have to say no.
