@Duthguy yeah. So whatever spaces are left, i'll just make NPC's.
@Duthguy I didn't want to force people to have their characters in the tournament. While everyone is a powerful fighter, they may just not want to showcase their skills publicly or for some other reason do not want to participate.

Plot

• The year is 2075.

• The Universe has taken over the world and is a big part of many peoples day to day lives. It is a virtual reality experience that can make a persons wildest dreams a reality.

• The major cities of the world have become countries within themselves, the sheer size and scale of each meaning that very few live outside of these hubs. Each City is broken into distinct districts, in this RP we'll be exploring the City of London.

• The outer ring of the city is where the poorest live. The manual labourers, farmers and manufacturers all live here and it is similar in appearance to a favela or shanty town. Homes are either made of scrap metal and wood or people are found in the decaying remains of old buildings. Food is provided by special centres and require a key card. No key card, no food. A black market operates here in everything from food and water to vehicles and guns. [Also known as The Slum, The Favela and similar names]

• The next ring is the Manufacturing Ring. Here is where everything is made, built and grown to ensure that the city and it's inhabitants can survive. Farms are now in multi-level facilities that reach down far into the earth. Some factories are as big as small sky scrapers as they try to produce enough for the cities residents.

• The next and final ring is the City Ring. This is where the rich and middle class mostly live. Office workers, corporate stooges and high ranking CEO's all reside and work here. The City Ring is taller than it is long, reaching high into the sky. The poorest who are lucky enough to live in the ring live at ground level. Daylight is just a dream here as the many skyways and levels above block out most of it. As a person rises up the levels of the City Ring, their status increases. At the very top are the owners of the Corporations that run the city. Even with their vast wealth they are unable to leave this ring to reached the central area.

• The central area of London is called Paradise and rightly so. What was once tower blocks is now a picturesque nature reserve for only the most elite and rich amongst the cities inhabitants. They number less than 100 but have the freedom to move across the vast open landscape they inhabit. Paradise is located above even the tallest skyscraper in the City Ring, providing a view that is unobstructed. Those who live here are the descendents of royalty, the last Prime Minister and super wealthy.

• Each ring has the most high tech in security available. In addition to manned patrols there are automated defences that could hit a fly with a single bullet. Each citizen is given a chip at birth which in DNA coded to them, making it impossible to steal someone elses chip and to use it. Those in The Slums have access to the Manufacturing Ring during work hours and The Slums. They are completely unable to enter the City Ring unless they win the lottery or receive a promotion. Anyone caught trying to cross into the City Ring without access will be gunned down after only one warning. The same applies for people travelling from the City Ring to Paradise. Apart from a few courriers and security, access to Paradise is restricted to only those who live there.

The Universe

• Created by a small team of developers who continue to run the program from an undisclosed location. The rumour is they are in Paradise.

• Use is so widespread that everyone has personal access, even those in The Slums.

• Much like Ready Player One, there is very little that cannot be done within the confines of the Universes rules. There is loot, special items and artefacts and even an in game currency that can be utilised in the real world.

• Clans are a big part of the world and are heavily utilised by Corporations to try and gain control of locations within the virtual world.

• PvP and PvE are all accepted in game and are always on. However there is a clan that operates as a police force. They outnumber all but the biggest corporations.

• Death from PvP does not yield a character reset when in hub locations. However when outside hubs Death can result in the dropping of all character loot.

Corporations

• Five Corporations make up for 82% of the cities jobs and manufacturing output.

• These five corporations employ people just to occupy The Universe and farm loot in search for the most rare items available. In addition to this they can often be found blockading locations whenever there is a competition running.

Leo stood in front of the smouldering rubble that was once his club, the explosion and subsequent fire reducing it to nothing more than a pile of ash. He had comprehensive insurance to cover any eventuality but that didn't matter to him, he had built the club from the ground up to be the go to place for the cities metalheads. It was as if a part of himself had died in the fire, the fact that what he had spent much of his time creating had been taken away in an instant just didn't sit well with him at all. He looked up at the sky with the smell of smoke still taunting his nostrils and cursed whoever was behind the entire thing. While the loss of his club was upsetting it was the impact it would have on his employees that concerned him the most. The second the police had reached him about the fire he began to call them all to make sure they were alright.

Fortunately nobody was hurt in the explosion and ensuing fire, but Leo wasn't satisfied with just that. When he had finished each call to his employees he began to call other clubs, shops and restaurents on the run asking if they could provide temporary employment to his team. When people say crisis situations bring people together, they are not lying. Each member of his staff was provided a job, his two closest members of staff, Dusty and Marcus, had been offered work waiting tables are Fulcini's Bistro. While a change from bar work, it at least gave them a chance to keep earning money until Leo could get the club back up and running.

Leo stood there looking at the rubble for close to an hour. His phone repeatedly ringing and messages constantly beeping didn't break his gaze from the rubble. As the time rolled by he got further and furhter into his thought's and from the anger and sadness came a glimmer of hope.

This will not be the end of the club and it will not be the end of me.
There are other people out there much worse off than me. This isn't a time
to feel sorry for myself. I should use this time to plan...Plans to make,
not just the club, but the city itself a better place.

Leo quickly removed his phone from his pocket, the screen already lit up from the barrage of texts and missed calls sent his way. He scrolled through his address book and found the entry Bookkeeper. He clicked on it and pressed the phone to his ear. The phone rang for a few moments before a females voice came through from the other side. "Hello, Mariah Davies speaking?" Mariah had worked closely with Leo for a long time, originally helping him get the club set up before being more involved in his affairs.

"Mariah it's Leo..." The woman tried to speak, presumably to give Leo some sympathy. The man was drowning in well wishes and sympathy so cut her off before she could get a word in. "Remember I told you about that e-mail recently from what's his face and I asked you to look into those properties in Southside? Well this fire may be a blessing in disguise after all the insurance you made me fork out for. Do you have time to meet up with what you found out about Southside? I think it's time to strongly consider moving forward."

The conversation carried on for a brief moment before Leo ended the call. As he placed his phone back into his pocket he turned from the rubble, giving it a symbolic wave before heading to his car. He was on his way to meet Mariah at her office and even with everything that had happened, he found hope for the future.

For years the World Fighting Tournament was the pinnacle in entertainment, the greatest fighters from over the world going one on one to prove who was the strongest. The problem the world faced were constant threats from enemies that seemed to always grow in power when compared the last. These enemies were defeated time and time again by the now long dead Z fighters. A couple of decades ago the tournament was brought back but this time it was bigger than ever. A purpose built stadium was created with a capacity approaching one hundred thousand seats. No event in history sells such a vast quantity of tickets in such a short amount of time after release. The demand to be at the event is so much that people will pay for a seat outside the stadium to watch the action unfold on large television screens.

This years tournament is approaching it's conclusion with four fighters remaining. The first of the two semi finals is only a few hours away so registration for the finalists is fast approaching. The format of the tournament means that none of the fighters know exactly who their opponent is until they walk out into the battle arena. The standard rules of combat apply from the original tournament with ring outs also still counting.

For those who are simply spectating, there are many things to do and see. There are food stalls of all kinds, merchandise stalls and even a temporary museum that holds some of the former champions and Z fighters clothing.

Things To Do

Those wanting to be one of the final four fighters, simply include the registration in your opening post. It is simply filling in a form/waiver to say that you're ready to fight. Once that's done you could have an interview, press conference, warm up, some light training or even just go and explore the grounds.
For those not in the tournament there is alot going on, think of it as a standard fair with rides etc. In addition there's live music, VR experiences and just generally a large amount of people. Feel free to do what you like however you will be unable to access the fighter back stage area.

Sorry guys but I’m gonna have to drop out. Seems there’s plenty of you anyway so have fun.
Unfortunately I’m gonna have to bow out of this. Thanks for the fun of the first mission and hope you all take care.
Love Mass Effect so really interested.
So my CS is below. I'm flexible with pretty much everything if you want me to change anything.

Are those who have been accepted still wanting to take part? I only ask because nobody has moved their CS

If not then it's cool, I understand.
