Upon reinspecting the Source Material... I really don't like Cinder... I think she is... Well... She has a nice design... But she is easily the blandest character... Her weapons don't make sense when you apply the fact it is dust... Which is essentially glass.

And then... Her blades are fine I guess, but the bow as dust... Her fight in the Flashback was not just the worst and most pointless fight in RWBY... But it was just so bad... The weapons just don't even fit her... But Let RoosterTeeth do RoosterTeeth...

There is no hurry there. The only expectation we have of your writing is quality. Aside from that, you really don't need a drawn representation past "I'll do what I want!", in short, up to you there.

But take your time with your art.
