The King's Quest

"Been walking for hours..." The robed man mentally groaned... He walked for hours upon end, hardly resting, his large feet hurting to the point where he had cramps... This was defiantly how he wanted to start a virtuous task- bitching about his inability to move faster than he wanted. Was this really to the Brihen Party...? It was an awful long way, especially for a mansion he was seeking... He came to the conclusion the Noble's formal Writer had no idea what a sense of direction was... He would deal with that later.

His helmet felt rather warm, he could channel energy to cool himself... but it would be such a waste... But then... He saw a gathering of a sort- Maybe this was the party he was seeking...? But... There was a demon... And rather diverse people that he did not seem too phased by... A Ginger looking man yelling. He could be the one man party... So he thought. He strolled over, somewhat observing from his helmet, taking glances to one another.

"So... If I had to guess, this ISN'T the Brihen party..." The man finally spoke. His lisp just scratching one another's ears.
He finally walked over before presenting the set of letters he had to Polaris... He looked undoubtedly the most important person there... Not because he was a man, but there was just a stark look in his eyes compared to the colorful contrast around him. "Well... I think there was a mix up with the letters... I was... Looking for a party... but what exactly is all this...?" He asked, not bothering to take off his helmet.

To those who could see in the masked fighter, they could see he had a rather feminine and decorative frame. His attire was rather foreign, but not unknown. He stood roughly six feet in height, quite toned from what they could see of his frame, a feline tail to boot, but to those who looked closely, they could see pale skin through the mouth of his helmet. The eye area had a form of lens to one see better, though they were slightly tinted, his eyes seemed quite lively, accompanied by dark circles as well. "Yeaah... This isn't the party..." He had an awkward toothy smile.

About Species: This species is a Felinoid race who channels powers from the Abyss. They are known to possess complicated magic by standard definition; even if it is only natural for them.

Weapon(s): His body, and a Revolver.

Abilities:

• Focus - This let's him gather energy from the abyss. Said energy lets him cast magic and give it form.
• Endow- He envelopes his weapon, or limbs in any given element so he may get devastating blows with his body. Endow can fill the bullet slots in his revolver. He can also power an ally's attack up temporarily.
• Calm- Cassius meditates, this helps uses Focus in order to heal himself from negative effects, to just replenishing his stamina.
• Abyss Charge - Cassius places an Aura around himself as he charges forward. The aura shield him as he takes half damage during this attack. Upon contact he staggers the foe in question. His element active element will discharge on impact.
• Battle Tracer - When endowed with an element, if he does a swiping or thrusting motion, the element will dash across the ground in the general direction he is aiming; though it can be avoided rather easily to the attentive. To those staggered onto the ground however, they may have a hard time dealing with such.
• Summon - Cassius channels an element to craft a familiar for a single attack, this however requires higher states of focus, usually the familiar in question will take the form of something that most are acquainted with in nature.
• Burst - Cassius strikes into an enemy, erupting the element in his hand. Requires the use of Endow.

Reason: He wants to believe even he can do something noble.

Brief Personality & Biography Description: Cassius is a firm believer of trying to do the right thing; it was his motto since he was a child. Because of this he can come off as idealistic, innocent even. Because of this, he can seem quite childish; but don't be fooled, he is quite intellectual, even if he can seem nervous around others. Despite this, he is very confident of his capabilities. But he is quirky; takes interest in the unusual even if seen as a taboo. As an open minded person, he does try to see all angles if possible, though he is stubborn to opposition at times if he fails to see logic. He is very passionate, though he yearns for companionship to one degree or another. Such is to be expected from a lonely traveler with a romanticized vision.

• Cassius' middle name "Lumya" is actually the name of his homeland; Lumyians who leave their place of birth, have their homeland for a second middle name.
• Despite Cassius' looks, he is quite feminine as a person, it goes with many of his gestures.
• Cassius has a noticeable lisp, this makes his rather nervous to speak to others, despite this, once he starts talking, he tends to ignore it.
• His Magic is meant to be Combo Orientated as a battle Mage; a Mage who uses a mixture of Physical strikes accompanied with fast spells.
• His Mask means he is respected in his culture as a powerful individual.
• All of his attire reflects Lunar Symbolism.
• All his attires share the same color palate as his standard outfit.
• Loves to make cakes and other sweets, hates alcohol. Has a tolerance to spicy food.

Garnet felt her heart sink when she saw Minerva. She felt her hands fold over one another as she somewhat moved to the side, helping patch a few holes up with some of the ship's faculty. They at the very least understood her expression made things complicated for her, but they were going easy on her since she wasn't required to really do anything. "I wish to see Uncle Cid. So I sent for him. And they came to get me..." Garnet said simply, yet with heavy breath.

Upon the boards being nailed into place, she turned to the Knight before her. "I hate not telling those I otherwise trust... But I don't trust Kuja around Mother, she may be loving, but her eyes dwindle elsewhere rather than around her kingdom. I've seen... The most extraordinary shadows... But... My fear is not what mother may do, but what Kuja could be trying to do." Garnet stood firmly before approaching her.

"Three Lumyians in one day Minerva. The rarest of races in Society next to Kumioh, And Sudasians. I'm not omnipotent... But these are not the kinds of people who come out of the shadows without cause... Like an Animal leaving it's habitat... Humans are no different... But united they stand strong. Tell me... Minerva, if they were divided, how would we be here on this ship?" Garnet posed the question. "Our own Knights were divided, that is why I am here." Garnet was clearly alluding to the creeping shadows of Alexandria. "I wish to bring a light back to Alexandria, but I can't do it alone... I'm sorry I did not tell you sooner, or even at all." She looked from Minerva's eyes, to her own feet, shamed she could not just hold a torch with one of her own people.
