Though I still have to edit her bio and make her CS prettier, Vi is pretty much done. She's really bitchy, angry, and hot-headed, but is loyal to her friends and loves cute things. If anyone has any ideas about what relationship they'd want to have with her let me know~~~

(till then i have summer work to finish uggughu)

Name:
Wisteria Adams
Alias:
Owlet
Age:
18
Sponsor:
Black Canary

Personality:
- Noble
- Sweet
- Fiery

Powers:
• Genius Intellect:

• Having had a well-off parent, Wisteria had been enrolled in whatever prestigious school had been in the area at the time. Her mind is very analytical, and she is said to see everything as some sort of piece to a formula, making it relatively simple for her to come up with plans. Also somewhat skilled as a detective. She is knowledgeable in most mathematics and the sciences, including Biology, Physics, Advanced Chemistry, Geography, Technology, and Engineering. Currently studying Criminal Science, Forensic Sciences, Computer Sciences, and History/Mythology, her main focus is to up her hacking skills, which are lack luster at the moment.

• Stealth:

• Having always been one who steps lightly, stealth was a skill Wisteria picked up from years of lurking around Gotham. After receiving proper training she is able to sneak into well-secured facilities with relative ease. Always seems to move without sound, even when not in a hostile environment, and because of this she has accidentally surprised many of her friends or teammates.

• Peak Human Conditioning:

• - Peak Human Reflexes: Perceptive, Wisteria is always prepared for an attack from behind, though she isn't skilled enough to dodge bullets or other quick-moving projectiles.

- Peak Human Agility: Trained in parkour and acrobatics, Wisteria is nimble and light on her feet and able to leap across rooftops with ease.

- Peak Human Speed: Her most important and best skill, Wisteria is faster than most human athletes. Every single stride she takes is put to use, and it is especially notable in fights when she can dodge even the quickest punches easily.

• Martial Arts:

• Trained in Jujitsu, Boxing, Dim Mak, Judo, Dragon Style Kung Fu, Iaido, Aikido, and Tae Kwon Do. She is a near master at master at Kung Fu, Iaido, and Jujitsu. Relies mostly on her speed and her own ability to take another's weight and turn it against them in a fight. Her main weapon, the Jōhyō, is often implemented in most of her fights, mostly acting as a tool to reach enemies from a longer distance.

• Gadgets:

• - Jōhyō
- Throwing Knives (fashioned to look like feathers)
- Explosive Throwing Knives
- Smoke Pellets
- Gas Pellets
- Stun Pellets
- Grappling Hook
- Flash Light(s)
- Mini Explosives
- Lock Pick Kit
- Stunning Toxins (liquid)
- Hardware Tools
- Small Snacks

Works in Progress:
- Crafting her own grenades similar to the Canary Cry Bombs used by Black Canary when she was once powerless.
- A tracker to keep a close eye on both allies and foes if needed.
- Looking into a way to electrify her weapons.

Weaknesses:
- Having no powers at all, Wisteria is prone to injuries, some more fatal than others, and is weak to all things that can harm a human.
- Relies more on her speed, making her weaker than most superheros. Currently attempting to train both her strength and endurance.
- Lacks proper defense; her only shield is the mass of feathers on her costume.
- Bad endurance; must eat and rest constantly to stay up and about.

Appearance:
Costume
Wisteria is a girl of average beauty, average height, and average appearance. She stands at about 5'6, weighing a somewhat underweight 120lbs, and has an over all athletic build. Her hair is somewhat long, reaching down passed her shoulders, and is blonde in color and rather easy to manage. She has an angular face, with fair skin, lush lips, a sharp nose, and large, gray/blue eyes. Despite being a full grown woman, she does not have much to offer in the curves department, and could easily pass as a male if she were to just put her hair up and block out her face.

Doesn't care much for makeup or dressing up, and can be found wandering around in sweats and tank tops when not on a mission. She has a strange interest in a particularly puffy-sleeved crop-top sweat jacket. Her costume consists of flexible material, with her only defense being the feathers on her back which can withstand most weapons, that is patterned and colored to resemble a tawny owl. She wears a cowl to hide her identity which also doubles as night vision goggles and a gas mask, and her gloves are equipped with retractable claws that are used for clinging to walls and scratching if necessary. She can’t fly, but the feathers on her back double as a glider for a just-in-case situation. Her utility belt is normally covered with knife slots and pouches, most filled with items like smoke pellets and anything else required for missions.

BRIEF Bio:
Born in New York and raised in Gotham, Wisteria grew up knowing that the world is full of dangers. Her mother, a supposedly widowed business woman, often warned her to stay away from most people, telling her stories of all the crime that run a muck in the darkness of the deadly streets, and Wisteria took all the stories and advice to heart. She grew up to be somewhat reserved and cynical, and if not for the sudden disappearance of her mother on her tenth birthday she might have remained that way for the rest of her life. Case after case looked for Ms. Adams, but every time they ended without even a single clue. Days, weeks, months went by, and every single time someone grew just a step closer to finding the woman, it all ended suddenly for an untold reason. Wisteria, finally fed up, began looking into the case herself.

Lurking around Gotham gave her a few leads on various criminals, but nothing about her mother. Trying to force information out of the tougher crowd would have been impossible for the now eleven year old, so she turned to training. Both her mind and her body were pushed to the limit, so much so that when she attempted to chase down a suspicious fella who was reportedly involved in many missing peoples cases Wisteria collapsed from sheer exhaustion. Three years of training left her body at near-death, bruised and battered,, and if not for a visiting Black Canary she wouldn't have made it through the night.

After resting and discussing her need to grow stronger the Canary took Wisteria under her wing. They traveled back to the Canary's home and began a healthier, yet tougher training regiment, and after a few years of intense physical and mental training Owlet was born.

Notes:
- Black Canary saw a weak, genius girl that night. Someone who could becomes stronger and smarter, just with the right help. So, naturally, she decided to mentor the girl.

- Wrote Wisteria to this song, so I guess this could be considered her theme.

- Hates her name, and hates any nicknames that can be derived from her name.

- Her mother is still missing, and she is still somewhat interested in her case.

- Her odd fascination with owls was born from watching one stalk and kill pray one dreary night camping.

NAME:
Chris Richards

AGE:
20

APPEARANCE:
Chris is a massive party animal, and there have been plenty of rumors about her spreading about the campus, so her face is pretty well known. Standing at about five-eight feet and weighing an underweight one hundred pounds, Chris is slim, tall, and knows how to show it off. Despite using she/her pronouns, Chris is gender-fluid, and this is shown off through her varying outfits, use of makeup, and vanishing curves. Her face is angular, with lush lips, a narrow nose, and large blue eyes, which contrast well with her short, black-dyed hair. She has a very athletic build, with fair, easily tanned skin and many bruises and blemishes from drunk adventures and childhood mishaps. Her arms, back, and torso are covered with many colorful tattoos, most referencing very old, nerdy TV shows and bands. Normally binds her breasts despite having very little curves.

Band shirts, sweatpants, skinny jeans, and loose tank tops fill her closet, and there are very few dresses and skirts. To more formal events she dawns dress shirts and sweater-vests, and thanks to her growing interest in fashion she always matches. When not prancing off to a party or lurking around the mall with friends she dresses like a slob, throwing on willy-nilly as an attempt to stay out of the nude. Normally wears contacts, and at night can be seen wearing very round glasses.

PERSONALITY:
While on the surface Chris appears sweet and friendly, often coming up to strangers with a wide smile and friendly tips, she is far from kind. With a biting wit, a sailor's mouth, and devilish eyes, Chris is most likely approaching you with some kind of prank in mind. Rather mischievous and childish, Chris often pulls practical jokes towards those she deems worthy, and despite always getting caught she just can't stop making them, finding that even mundane attacks to be hilarious in some manner. Despite being somewhat of a social butterfly, Chris has few close friends, finding that her mind simply has problems trusting people easily. Due to her cynical mindset, after her initial friendly greeting she will slowly grow more and more abrasive the longer the conversation goes on. This untrustworthy attitude only fades completely when she's drunk, and thanks to her party-obsessed body Chris is almost always drunk by the end of the night. To those she is friends with, Chris is ridiculously loyal, and will stop at nothing to protect them.

A Fine Arts student, Chris has a very vivid imagination, which is evident in most of her more fantastical pieces. Despite being very invested in her school work, Chris is far from smart, and relies more on her keen eyes rather than her brain in classroom environments and stressful situations. Even though she is book dumb, Chris is far from idiotic, and has the ability to tell right from wrong and notice small details if needed. She is also very street smart thanks to growing up in New York City. Open-minded, Chris is always open to ideas and questions, and has many political views despite hating politics to death.

Thanks to growing up in a rough neighborhood, Chris had once taken part in many fist fights and verbal arguments, and though she rarely has the need to now a days she always remembers her father's fighting advice. With her strong eyes and sharp tongue, it doesn't seem as though Chris would crack under pressure, though that assumption is very wrong. If too much stress is put on the skinny lad's shoulders she will easily snap and end up curled up in a shaking ball. Hiding her fears is something Chris does very well, so when she finally lets everything spill out it is nearly unbearable. To keep situations lighthearted and not worrying, Chris cracks jokes, most being particularly dirty, and tries her best to keep everyone smiling. Her pseudo-optimistic attitude is only rivaled by her cynical feelings towards most people. Has a very crass way of speaking, and despite being kind of bitchy to those she had met a few times already, Chris tries to act as kind as her mind will allow.

Interested in many indie bands and older cartoons, as proven by her painted arms and many graphic tees. Hates to read, yet is somewhat interested in comic books and children books due to the art, and has something against modern day sitcoms and dramas. Will almost always have paint on her somewhere.

STATEMENT:
- Relationship - 1) "I had met her at a party once, and hoooly shi- cow was she drunk! Or maybe it was just me... Anyway, we chatted for a bit, and that was my first and last time meeting face-to-face with her."

- Alibi - 2) "I was chilling in my dorm with a friend, stayed there till about nine before we headed out to a party just a block away from the campus. We were no where near the crime scene."

- Motive - 3) "Sir, why should I kill some chick I've barely even said hello to?"

Name: "Violet"
Age: Twenty
Height; Weight: 5'2 ft; 100 lbs
Rank: Dropout

Superpower:
Taint: The purple that stains her body can be used as small projectiles and tentacle-like whips. Touching it would feel like touching acid or a hot flame. Despite having had this power for most of her remembered life, Vi does loose control of it easily. Also, if it is used too much it begins to spread, both over her body and wherever she happens to be standing, and if someone (friend or foe) were to touch her arms or face without protection they would be burned.

Falling Point: Major control issues, literally burns everything she touches, anger issues, ect.

Physical Description:
Violet is an extremely short, light girl, standing at about 5'2ft and weighing only 105lbs. She's of obvious Asian decent as evident from her narrow eyes, tan skin, and glossy, black, long hair. She has a round face, doll lips, a small nose, and two different colored eyes (one is brown and the other is tainted by the substance on her arms and face, turning it purple). Vi is rather shapeless, still yet to mature, and because of this she is much more quick than strong. She relies on her small and fast body to stay light on her feet and evasive in times of crisis. Most of her body is covered in a sticky, purple substance which doubles as her power. It was, apparently, worse in the past, but has since managed to simmer down to only decorate her arms and face in swirls of purple.

Bio:
Violet doesn't remember anything of her past before the age of thirteen. WIP

Interests:
• Music: Violet is a surprisingly gifted musician, and can play plenty of songs with her six-hole ocarina or hand-crafted, wooden flute.

• Origami: Paper airplanes, paper flowers, paper cranes, paper anything! If you give her a big enough sheet and a nice enough idea Vi will try her best to recreate it in paper.

• Cats: Loves cats. Can't touch them, and most flee the minute they see her, but she still loves them to death.

• Cooking: DO NOT EAT ANYTHING SHE COOKS. Cooking helps calm her down, and despite knowing that she is the only one who can eat it she still tries to show it off.

I've read the new stuff and posted. Excuse the messy quality ;w;
Mrrrr

Mrrrrrrrr

A cellphone vibrated, reverberating off the pillow that currently smothered it, and filled the ears of a sleeping person with a constant hum of energy and excitement. Texts came in like bullets, rapidly filling up the mound of blankets' screen without haste, and after the fifteenth tone the mound finally shifted. Chris sat up slowly, a heavy yawn escaping her lips as a slender hand reached down under the pillow and pulled out the rather large smart phone, annoyance making her eyebrow twitch. The screen glowed and buzzed with a constant rhythm, and repeated words filled the tired eyes of Chris. "A girl was murdered" was a constant phrase, and with each text Chris slowly woke up more and more, curiosity peaking in her mind. A murder? That can't possibly be real. Finally awake enough to get ready for the day, she rose from the bed, shivering as chilled dorm air suddenly met her bare skin. Glancing down, Chris realized she was just wearing a pair of (nerdy) boxers, no more, no less. She must have left the party last night naked, seeing as she was stripped down to her underwear and the outfit she had worn was no where to be found on the messy floor beneath her feet.

"Oh well." She whispered carelessly, staggering over to the bathroom door despite her mind's cries of protest. Once inside the tiled room she collapsed onto the toilet seat-cover, head lurching down into her hands as she attempted to wrap her mind around the idea of a murder happening at a place like this. It just didn't seem... Real. But, then again, after such an intense party nothing did. The faint aching of a hangover filled her head and joints, and the idea of going back to bed came and went as she grew more and more curious over the supposed murder.

'Maybe I'll go check out the crime scene... If there is one.'

With that thought in mind she rose up again, turning towards the mirror above the porcelain sink. Lines of unwashed makeup smothered her cheeks and eyes, and a particularly bright lipstick stain was prominent on her neck. Her black hair was wild and greasy, and the spots on her face without makeup were red with blemishes and break outs. Disgust filled her eyes, making her lips part in a grimace as she glanced away and sighed. Much work was needed today. With a final sigh and glance at her messy reflection she turned the handles until steaming water poured from the faucet. She scrubbed the makeup off fiercely with a mixture of suds and some sort of cream, and rinsed, and repeated until she was left with a red, blank slate. After finishing up with her face she quickly jumped into the showered and washed the rest of her body, then returned to stand in front of the mirror, starting today's makeup art.

Once her face was painted to be somewhat masculine and she looked like a healthy human being again, Chris bound her breasts and changed, then gathered up materials for the day (which included her phone, backup makeup, a sketchbook, and some pastels). Everything was eventually packed into a plain tote bag, and once it was filled she turned and exited the messy dorm, entering the sun-lit hall of the complex. People poured through the hall, which was rather odd since most of the time it was dead quiet thanks to all the tired students or classes, and Chris watched the separated mass of bodies with curiosity, listening intently to the whispers that filled the air.

murder

dead a girl is dead

you can see blood

redrumredrum

Chris felt a smirk grace her face, finding that the rumors sounded like something out of a horror movie. After another moment of watching she finally stepped into the hall, moving through the plush-carpeted corridor quickly, mind set on the door at the very end of the way. Her fingers tapped across the large screen of her phone as she walked, typing a quick message to her good friend, Lily:

"Hey L hear about the murder? Im heading to the scene now i think"

She sent the text off without proof reading and shoved the phone back into her tote, pushing through the glass doors and whining as sunlight filled her gaze and blinded her momentarily, head screaming in protest. She blinked once, twice, then glanced across the green hills and scattered buildings of the university campus, instantly catching red and blue lights out of the corner of her eye. A group seemed to have gathered around the scene already, and Chris noted that it was centered around an alley between two of the campus buildings. With a final glance about she turned and headed towards the crime scene, curiosity and fear and excitement leading her forward while her face remained as empty and sweet as it normally did.
Hello, I am finally free to post. Should I wait till the end of the round or just go right now?
