Too much pondering left one tired, so tired that they begin to fall again. Back down the rabbit hole, as she called it. Ash drifted slowly down the drop, feeling rather guilty that she couldn't up hold Vapor's request to stay conscious, but for some reason her brain insisted on sleep. So she did, and it seemed as though everything was back to normal. Around, the tight walls of the tunnel widened and eventually Ash found herself surrounded by flowing fields of grass and flowers, and a sky that seemed to gleam purple. Dreamland. She allowed her knees to buckle and body to relax as the world around her spun, visions of the day she had just experienced flashing throughout. This was a leisurely activity that Ash found herself partaking in after a long or exciting day, it was a nice way to remember (or forget) what had happened before. Plenty of images appeared, meeting up with Pete, speaking with Snow, noticing Vapor out of the corner of her eye. One picture stuck, the sight of Rumple, and then it just became another blurry memory.

Lots of things just became blurry memories nowadays.

"Perhaps I am mad." Ash spoke out loud to herself, leaning back on her arms as she gazed up at the strange purple sky that was slowly shifting into a deep green color. Did normal people see this sky in their dreams? It was a strange to think about. There are plenty of strange things to think about here, like how the flowers giggle at nothing and how the animals talk and walk and wear human clothes and how the drinks make you shrink and the cakes make you grow. Thinking thinking and more thinking...

'Ash...'

She jolted when she heard someone call her name and the beautiful land suddenly vanished like smoke, being replaced with the dull colors of the guild library. Someone had called out to her and Pete, someone she couldn't recgonize by voice. Seems as though Snow wanted to have another little chat.

"Curious..." she whispered, standing slowly, ignoring the creak of her bones as she did so. Blue eyes scanned the room, but was only met with a maze of wood and books, and without turning to see if Pete was following, she ventured into the asisles, hands flowing softly over the thick bounded books on the shelves. The voice called out again, though Ash barely heard it this time, as she was too focused on the ground, which seemed to be shifting from brown to green right before her very eyes. The feeling of sleepiness clutched at Ash's brain and made her entire being felt heavy and oppressed, while visions of dreams flickered every so often in front of her, but she continued walking. On and on and on until her body collided with another and her eyes widened with fear and embarrassment. She fell back, managed to catch herself on the edge of the shelf, and stammered out a 'S-s-sorry!' before glancing up to see who she had run into.

A woman Ash only knew by the name of Marian. She had overheard Snow speaking to her (or was it about her?) a day or two before. Ash straightened and gave a small, polite bow,

"H-h-hello. Snow wanted to see us?"

~Vapor

The one that smelled of smoke and whiskey had gone to fetch Ashling and her companion after receiving orders from Snow. Apparently, they were heading to the courtyard. Vapor slowly stood, eyes glaring down at the group as he realized that they were obviously going to be showing off their battling skills. A pang of worry quickly faded and he grinned his same old dazzling grin before vanishing into a puff of mist, moving quickly and quietly from his hiding spot towards the courtyard. He would only watch, he would not interfere. He wasn't one to involve himself in trivial matters like training and fighting... But he would stick around, just in case.
Ya know what, Mischief hasn't been active for weeks. Sorry to them, but I'm gonna whip together a post to get the guild-group moving.

The man had gone, after a bit of splashing around, and Eli tried her best to bleach the memory from her head, still somewhat red-faced as she sat in the corner of the rock out-cropping. The stone was freezing, not yet blessed with the warmth of the spring sun, and were covered with light green moss that seemed to be dripping with water. Wetness spread across her back uncomfortably, but she refused to move until she was certain the black-haired guy was unable to see her, and when he finally was she slowly stood up and sped back towards her boots and art supplies. The damp air was getting rather tiresome, and after she had put her socks and boots back on and managed to shove everything under her arms, Eli began to search for an easy way out of the gorge. Not wanting to head to where the nudist had been floating towards, she instead wandered towards the main falls, drifting slowly on the slick stone underfoot while her eyes scanned the beautiful scenery.

"Crap." her lips pursed, eyes narrowing. The walls around the main lagoon were much too steep to climb, especially with all the crap she was holding onto. No evidence of stairs to climb or tunnels to travel by, just smooth walls and new-born greenery. Eli scoffed and turned, but froze, the creeping of anxiety and fear clutching at her insides. What if that man was down that way, and what if he sees her O Gawd. Eli clutched her things between tight fists, mind in turmoil over the want to get out of the stupid ravine but fear of running into a nudist stranger. 'No, no, getting out should be a main priority, no need for stupid fears to bring you down', her mind instructed, trying to keep itself rational. Eli blinked once, then with a brisk nod spun around and nearly stomped back down the river.

It felt likes hours until Eli found a spot where the stone walls were short enough for her to simply pull herself over, but in reality a whole ten minutes had just droned by. Trembling ever so slightly, Eli kept one eye on her back while she slowly maneuvered everything over the small cliff, and once her hands were entirely free she jumped up, fingers digging into a mixture of grass and mud as she quickly pulled herself up and over the edge. Still no sign of the naked guy. Good. A chuckle bubbled in her throat at her own fear, but she swallowed it quickly and gathered her belongings, eyes glancing around the small clearing she had manage to find herself in. There was the softest sound of bustle, perhaps the town was nearby, and just out of her sight was a large body of water, a lake perhaps. Eli grew curious, having not seen the lake before meant that it was probably full of beautiful things to draw, but no. The sun was finally rising high and it was probably a good time to go job hunting.

But...

Eli walked slowly away from the river, towards the sound of whispers and bells and yells, but again she felt somewhat hesitant to speak to people. Her head was feeling a bit foggy, and her chest felt tight, perhaps another time. Yes, another time, she had enough money for two more weeks at the inn she could find a job some day other then today. Another excuse, but Eli found that she was the best at coming up with excuses, and with that final thought she allowed her legs to give. Items scattered across her lap, sketchbook flipping open while her pastels and pencils scattered across the sandy grass while her hair pooled delicately around her head. The warm spring sun stained her skin, and grass and newly-bloomed flowers tickled her hands gently. Lily of the Valley was so calming, it was a nice place, Eli noticed, for someone who likes the slow-paced life.

"Perhaps a nap will do me some good..." Eli whispered to herself, arms reaching to prop her head up while her eyelids fluttered and then closed. She was asleep within seconds.

Okay, I'm gonna post and start the first minor time skip if that's quite alright. Not skipping the day, just the morning.

EDIT:

If you have things t finish up in the morning, do finish them, then go ahead and start the afternoon.
I'm still in, just waiting on Mischief. ;;
Okay, life is about to get a bit hectic for me. I'm auditioning for a rather big musical and if I do get it that'll take up my Mondays-Thursdays until August. Finals are also rearing their ugly heads and I have a court dance rehearsals every Friday and Sunday. I'll try to be on as much as I can but I won't be able to promise anything.

If anyone would like to step up to take the role of Co-GM that would be really helpful.
Ill private message you the details when I get home from school, ERode (:
PerniciousIntent said And, has anyone else had the idea of a map of Lily Town? Eh, I just thought I should put the idea out there.

That would help out a lot actually, I could make one but without any proper art or editing software it wouldn't be very neat. I might make a rough sketch later on today though.
Oh

Roless

That's really clever I didn't even realize it.

And good posts everyone. Glad to have such talented writers in the game (:
