Well the Pegasus who Medusa summons is stronger as an individual than most servants. Servants are strong, but compared to most monsters they're not much physically. That's why they have noble phantasms and dirty tricks.
The Bulls Iskander used > Servants, for example. This is the Rider classes hidden strength.
However in the case of this monster, it is rather vanilla itself. It's not fast like Pegasus nor does it have gusts of wind that can flay servants, and it doesn't have Zeus manifested as lightning like Iskanders bulls. So it's kind of easy to deal with if you avoid the debuffs it gives you and the self buffs it gains.
Basically, against a mid ranked or higher Dead Apostle Ancestor, this thing is going to get destroyed.
It's almost like a group of heroes would benefit from teaming up to fight a monster which is, at face, more powerful than them.
Kind of like Cthulhu in Fate/Zero
It isn't like Pellinore can control it, just like with Cthulhu
I have no idea how Achillie's immortality could face up. It is part of the time before the Age of Man, so it would be targeted. And he, unlike that, has a legitiment and exploitable weakness-- his heel. Even more so, since he is Lancer, not Rider.
Well in a situation like this, it becomes a battle of concepts.
Like for example, lets say I really want to ruin everyones day and apply Berserker!Herc
Pellinore uses Questing Beast and said Beast tries to slash Herc.
God hand blocks any attack that is at or below B rank, no questions asked. Could be a world buster attack and if it's B rank Herc walks it off.
However, Questing Beast is anti-AoG and anti-Divine curse, which is what god hand is. But, Questing Beasts attack is unranked, thus it shouldn't do anything to Herc.
If it's like that, it becomes a battle of concepts between the concept of God Hand and Questing Beasts "End AoG"

That is exactly it. It would take someone as equally OP to combat him. On our roster, we have none, for good reason.
Donte, Shuwen, and conditionally Cu hard counter Questing Beast pretty hard.
Always claim Lancer then do nothing with it till everyone else has made servants

Well reinforcement is a bit different, since it's not really something that's meant to be physical so that's a bad example. There are better ways to heal than doing something in that theme. Perhaps you could do a spiritual surgeon.
