Powers and Skills:

Wall Crawling - Peter Parker, or better known as Spider-Man, has the ability to climb up walls. His hands and feet can rather stick on walls like an actual spider, and let him run up walls or crawl like an actual spider. Makes getting to places way easier than by walking down the street.

Web Shooter - Spider-Man doesn't actually have the ability to shoot webs out of his hand. He just makes it appear that way. Peter had built web shooters, to have the ability to swing around buildings or tangle someone up in webs. A good way for transportation, and makes him look even cooler as Spider-Man.

Super Strength - Peter has superhuman strength. Not as much as the Hulk, of course. But he could lift about 10 tons. Some bodybuilders might be staring in awe at this fellow. He could pick up a car or something a little heavier, but he did it once because he was very angry. So he may earn a little more strength when he's mad.

Spidey Sense - He has a sense of when danger is coming near him or others. For example, he could sense a hostile about to hit him, giving the opportunity to dodge it if fast enough. Or he could sense if someone was about to rub a bank IF he was near or inside that bank. This is very helpful for counter attacks and times to help. It's sort of like Quantum Precognition without actually seeing it happen in the future.

Outstanding Agility - He has very good agility. And could get an great athlete to stare in awe. He's very, very fast. He knows regular backflips, frontflips, and other moves. But he doesn't just stop there, he could do a front flip three times in the air. You may want to try to keep up with this guy or keep your eye on him, if he's a enemy of yours.

Personality:

Peter Parker is the very typical nerd. He's awkward, and bullied a lot, specifically by Flash Thompson. Peter is very smart teenager, and loves science. But just because he's a nerd, doesn't mean he can't be courageous. And with his secret powers, he can become the hero known as Spider-Man. But, he's so-called the average Joe.

Spider-Man is a wise-cracking superhero. He's very nonchalant about when fighting his enemies. He even makes fun of his enemies a lot, calling the names or just taunting them. To them, he's the most annoying little bug they could ever meet. To the innocent, he's the heroic, awesome, and good idol to children. A very lighthearted type of hero.
