At the very least there would have been some dirty looks. You don't go through someone attacking you with lightning powers without SOME kind of bias, even if it's just against electricity itself.
@chukklehed Okay, Can we have it so that Tsukimi once did his puppet thing to Dylan, cause other than that, I see no reason why Dylan wouldn't like him. Well, exceot for maybe having the power in the first place, but that seems kinda too petty for someone like Dylan.
I didn't mean absolute hate, I meant he probably avoided Tsumiki most of the time.

Tsumiki watched the situation as it unfolded. Ria was fighting directly with Jack, however ill advised that was, and he knew from experience jumping in with her was pointless. Instead, he turned his attention to the group of people aiding the wounded, which was definitely something he could help with.
Dropping down beside one of the people offering relief, he noticed it was Dylan. Dylan had never liked him for some reason, and tended to avoid him, but there was no time to think about that now.
"Dylan, take me around to anybody who needs stabilizing. My electricity can do it faster than medicine or bandages." He planned to help in the best way he could, using his knowledge of biology to keep as many people as possible alive until medical staff arrived.

Fei, even a humidity level of 50% doesn't explain hundreds of feet of ice. You need an actual water source for that kind of volume. I don't think you quite understand the scope of "Hundreds of feet", because that's at least a four story office building.
You know, speaking of homefield advantage, this should be the current efectiveness of everybody in the fight.
Tsumiki: 8.7/10. Tsumiki is most powerful in the midst of academy city, where he can turn almost anything around him into a soldier or a weapon, but is at a disadvantage against Jack's earth based powers. Fact, dry stone does not conduct electricity.
Rhia: 5.3/10. Tia's power slows her to convert massive amounts of water into ice, but it's not magic. There has to BE water for her to turn into ice, and since it's not raining and she's not in a lake, her available weapons are currently in use as a dome.
Jack: 9.3/10. Earth is everywhere, And can be used fantastically as both a weapon and a shield. He's outnumbered, but thanks to Ria's stubborn pigheadedness, Akuma's rageboner, and Tsumiki's passiveness, they're more likely to fight each other than him.
Akuma: 10/10. Thanks to jack, there's blood EVERYWHERE. Thanks Jack.

I'm sorry, but not even a level five can't create ice out of nothing. Dozens of feet I would give you from the moisture in the air, MAYBE, but nobody is going to spawn an iceberg out of nothing
