Phillip was momentarily stunned by her swimsuit, and his eyes turned a dazed purple before he composed himself and they went electric green. "I'm coming!" He said, making up for lost time by leaning on his magic. In a flash he was out of the shirt and sandles and in the air, doing a double somersault into the water. Breaking the water with barely a splash, he came up for air seconds later. "What's the judge's verdict?" He asked, treading water.

Phillip took a little longer down the hall, opening a few doors on the way and not finding any room he particularly wanted to stay in. Finally he found himself at the end of the hall and noticed that the last room had Emilia's name on it. With a small chuckle he opened a door two down from hers and stopped. "Perfect." He said with a grin, pulling his suitcase in. A few minutes later he walked out in dark green swim trunks, a short sleeved white button up shirt and black flipflops. He walked down the hall with a towel rolled up under his arm to meet Emilia. "Are you ready?"

Phillip's eyes took on a slight violet hue when she winked at him, but unless she was paying attention to his eyes she wouldn't notice. "Sure," He said, picking his nearly empty cup up and drank the rest in one go. "Lead the way." He had pretty much figured out where his swimsuit was by now, so it wouldn't take him long to change once he got his stuff into a room.

By the way, Philip has a strange obsession with scarves. This is probably the only time you will see him without one. He has an entire suitcase filled with different scarves for every type of weather.

Phillip took a long drink from his cup and smiled, his eyes back to their normal blue. "Weather control would be pretty cool, if you could learn to control it. I don't know, I guess I can't complain about my power. It's saved my life several times so I guess it's earned it's keep." He rested his chin on the back of one hand and sighed. "Using it is a thrill though, I just wish I could do it without hurting anybody."
