Who's This Chode?

Yo. I'm Alexa, and, as you might surmise from my username, I'm both eternally enamored with and eternally enraged at From Software's Bloodborne. I aspire to be the sort of writer that can wrench your still-beating heart from your chest, crush it completely with eloquent, tragic prose, and make you want to come back again and again, begging for more. (。◕ ‿ ◕。)

Also, I really love dogs.

This interested me the first time I saw it, and it interests me now.

I'll be keeping an eye on the thread.
Sorry my post is also taking forever - I'll have time to finish it up tonight. I've been extremely tired lately.
I do think I'll have Xerxes join in on busting that guy out of prison- it's right up his alley.
Upon closer examination of the sheet in question, I've decided I have my fair share of reservations, as well. Namely, how the story will handle tension or conflict, or how this character's power might affect the plot.

We'll see how things go during the role play. I'll stick around, if only to sate my curiosity. (Also, I really do like the setting.)

A character isn't necessarily a Mary Sue simply because they're powerful. Otherwise, we'd literally only be able to write stories about generic, boring everyman-types.

A character is, in my experience, only a Mary Sue under two conditions:

1. Their actions never have any consequences, or if they do, they're greatly reduced compared to those of literally any other character.

2. The narrative bends over backwards to ensure they're always right and victorious.

Considering what I've seen from @JohnSolaris up to this point, I highly doubt he would be irresponsible enough to let his character's abilities and strength trample over his desire to run a fair game.
I'm in favor, as I'm sure you've surmised. Since I'm stuck on a mobile device for most of the day, it'd make keeping in contact a bit easier.
Also - someone's got to ask, so it may as well be me. Will inane OOC musings stick strictly to the OOC section, or are we planning on creating a Skype group, or something?
I'm so excited to write Aurelia being all conflicted over whether or not to help the refugees. On one hand, she's terrified of the dark (and I fully intend to expand upon that little anecdote about the mine shaft cave-in). On the other, she probably isn't selfish enough to condemn a small child to death by starvation.
@JohnSolaris

I agree with @BCTheEntity. If anything, it may help promote the game, since more people frequent the actual role play section than they do the interest checks.
I'm actively working on a character sheet - hoping I'll have it done tonight.
