History: Gareth was born in a family outside the Badlands mainly in the so-called Outer Circle; his father is a German and his mother being a British-American, he is the only son in the family; adapting in the grasslands, he none his family doesn't know what's inside in the Badlands but they heard that it is a wealthy city that controls by a 'tyrant'.
When he turned fifteen years old; a group of Inner Circle members killed his father and mother and he survived in the attack, he lost his mind and his personality changed, he was lost until he found an abandoned house that needs him to rest but a group of Young God members found him and held him captive but he soon joined the Young God as the leader offered him to join the rebellion, he said, "Yes, to avenge my parents.", Gareth like this guys as they are planning to have a rebellion against the tyrants who lies in the Badlands. The reason why he joined the Young God it's because of a revenge that killed his parents by the Inner Circle.

@Comrade Doge The Inner Circle is Badlands' wealthier folk. They're the businessmen, politicians, etc. They also control the Military. Their system of government follows a council system with ten members of the council and one that leads the whole of them.

Kevin Collins joined the motorcycle club when he was a 17 year old guy after his father left him and his mother which causes his mother to suicide and drop out on high-school; well, the reason why he joined the motorcycle club is that since no one guides him well so he became a hang-around but he decided to join as a prospect when he turned 18 years old which he joined some business affairs in Yare Raiders MC until he officially joined in the motorcycle club due to his active in business affairs and loyal to the MC and was promoted to a Warrior when he turned 24 years old. Kevin Collins is one of the known members in the Yare Raiders MC although he doesn't have plans to join the officer ranks of Yare Raiders MC. He has many problems he faced; the police are finding Kevin Collins because he killed a police officer which that officer was a corrupt one, he has more enemies, etc.

Post-apocalyptic Moscow would be better. I can help you with the lore about Moscow where the surface cannot inhabit by humans but deadly humans roam the surface while the surviving humans are living in the Metro station but they are not unite due to factions fighting each other to unite Metro under their one banner.
