"...Honestly, I'm not the one who made that call." Izaroth said, before letting out a sigh.

"In truth, I'm kind of in the same boat as Blaze. No doubt you're wondering why she'd just up and vanish without warning. Up until about a day or so ago, I was a simple traveller, going from point A to point B wherever those may be. One moment I'm just sat casually reading aboard my ship while it ran on autopilot, next thing I know, I'm suddenly in the middle of some kind of plaza, in a city I'd never heard of before, and being "asked" to join an organization known as the Time Patrol... If you call attacking us a means of asking a favour." Izaroth said, pinching the bridge of his nose as he finished speaking.

"The kicker though? I'm sure you've probably heard rumors of the Dragon Balls, right?" Izaroth said, before glancing at Trunks to provide Rikyu with an explanation of the Dragon Balls just in case she had no idea.

"Basically, this guy made a wish to a dragon that grants 3 wishes to summon a pair of warriors who would basically work as companions with an unbreakable bond. One wish summoned Blaze, the other, me. Naturally, I wanted to sock him one for it. I deduced, however, that Porunga, the dragon who called us, likely chose me and Blaze, combatants yet to hit their stride, over established warriors as we were basically big unknowns. We didn't have things like pride to get in the way of forming a solid degree of teamwork and camaraderie." Izaroth said, and without warning, kicked Trunks below the belt.

"That's for not warning us about Glacia."
"Can't help but admire her enthusiasm." Cronic said to himself, hauling the purchased meats, fruits and vegetables back to the odd jobs building.

"Now I just have to decide what to do with all of this, and whether or not it'll be to the newcomers' liking." The imperial said to himself as he stepped in the door, giving Aria a passing nod as he set down the ingredients and began to think.

"Could always whip up a stew. It's not like I'm shorthanded on that front. But perhaps I should make it a "Help yourself" job, where you can pull as much or as little as you want onto your plate. Hell, I've been itching to exercise my cooking skills." Cronic said to himself, taking out a knife and set about chopping up portions of meat, fruit and vegetables, and beginning to form what would be their dinner.
Rikyu's gaze told Izaroth all he needed to know about the situation, and as such, he knew she'd probably ask himself or Trunks to talk in private before long.

"Trunks, can I have a quick word in private? It's about settling an issue with a certain employee of ours." Izaroth said, clearly telling another bluff, but was keeping his composure throughout, though Trunks would know something was up, but he wouldn't know what until Izaroth flat out told him.

After his answer, Izaroth would give another bow to Rikyu, Ash and Blaze's father, then turned to look at Blaze.

"Take as long as you need. Probably be a while till you get the chance to come home for a time." Izaroth said, before exiting the room and headed outside.
"...An Aura that radiates a desire to fight...? Sounds like..." Izaroth said to himself, his train of thought being cut off as Blaze opened the doors to the dining hall and greeted her folks.

"So this is what family is like..." Izaroth thought to himself, remaining quiet throughout Blaze's interactions, up until she mentioned them as "Co-workers", and after having introduced himself, Trunks looked at him as though he were trying to disclose what they do, only to fail at finding the words.

"How the hell are you the one in charge?" Izaroth whispered to Trunks, before taking a cough to clear his throat.

"Izaroth Aestorm. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." The silver haired Saiyan said, and despite Rikyu's aura unnerving him, he took a bow as a gesture of courtesy. Izaroth was no novice at introducing himself to strangers, after all.

"We work for a security firm that keeps the peace globally, be it through prevention by presence, or non-lethal hand-to-hand combat. Blaze was able to match Trunks here, so we extended a job offer to her. Don't mind his sword too much; It's mostly just a scare tactic." Izaroth said. Trunks and Blaze would know he's lying outright, but he expected her father and her sibling to take the bait. His main concern, however, was with Rikyu. He had a suspicion that she wasn't going to believe him so simply.
"...Wish I had digs this fancy. Maybe I should look into finding somewhere to build something similar. Beachfront property sounds like it'd be ideal." Was all Izaroth said, voicing his train of thought upon their 'Arrival', glancing around the building curiously, before stepping inside, only to resume his observations once he was inside as Blaze led them to the door to the dining hall.

"...How much money do her folks rake in each day...?" Izaroth said to no-one in particular, the Saiyan in disguise was in awe as he took note of all the lobby's features.

"Anything we need to know in advance? I've already filled my quota of received pain right now, and would rather prefer I didn't go over it cause we said something we shouldn't have." Izaroth said, stopping a few strides short of Blaze's position, quickly assuming that her family was inside that room, and didn't want to just jump straight in without knowing a little more about the people he was about to meet.
Taking his place in the captain's seat, Zerenis cracked his knuckles like a pianist before he took the controls for the ship.

"We've got no better options at this moment in time. It's either that or put up with the scarlet twins lording over us and berating us for letting them go. I'd prefer to put some distance between them and us first if they do get away." Zerenis said, as he guided the ship out of the hangar.

"Izumi, get on the guns. This is going to get messy." The Chiss Sith said as the ship flew towards the spaceport where Ashtev and Mark's respective vessels were docked.

-------------

"All cargo is on board and secured, master." The Protocol droid said, retracting the landing gear and closing all hatches, and began to steer the ship out of the hangar.

"All or nothing now. If they hit the Cargo Hold, I'm going up in smoke. Here's hoping the shields hold." Mark said, as the vessel launched forward into the skies. He trusted the droid's piloting skills, but in matters of life and death, he preferred to man the guns himself.
"Remind me to treat you later." Zerenis said as he sent a signal to the on-board protocol droid to initiate ignition protocols for the ship. By the time the two of them reached the ship, it'd be ready to shoot off at a moment's notice. Any other Sith would've probably reprimanded Izumi for her remark. The Chiss Sith however, allowed Izumi to speak her mind. He had no need for a mindless yes man who could only follow orders, after all.

Izumi was right on one point though, there'd be no way for the two of them to catch up, so the only way to end this now was to shoot them down before they escaped into hyper speed.

---------

Unluckily for a certain Pureblood Sith Smuggler however, Imperial forces came storming into the hangar as the final cargo crate was being loaded... To be greeted by a hail of automated turret fire. Some of the quicker soldiers were able to duck into cover before the shots found their mark... The others ended up 90% holes.

"...Well, they were bound to come knocking eventually!" Mark shouted out, as he took the controls of the turrets, switching them over to manual aim.

"C2, get us out of here once the cargo's secured! Hyperspace Route G-H-C!" Mark said over the comms, the protocol droid responding with "Order confirmed, Master!"

"Here's hoping their space forces can't track us."
Flipping around, the Sith Lord landed on his feet atop the back of the speeder as though he'd been practicing landing on his feet all the time, every time.

"If the Padawan gets away, Arkaos and Arkana are going to be yelling in my ear for the rest of the day. I'd like to avoid that if possible." The Sith lord said to Izumi as he shifted into the passenger seat, stowing his lightsaber away for now as he braced himself for high-speed pursuit.

"Somehow I feel like by the time we catch up though, it'll be too late. I can almost hear their ire already." Zerenis said through gritted teeth as he clenched his fists tightly. He hated working with those two pureblood upstarts, and merely being in their presence was enough to put him in a bad mood. Were he able to get away with it, he'd have left those two dead in a ditch long ago, and he made no secret of it to Izumi. He personally hopes they get killed in some fittingly ironic way.

-------------

At this point, Mark was understandably getting nervous. Worried that an Imperial Squadron would come in at a moment's notice and recognize him, he hurried into his ship and began warming up the engines. Till the vessel was loaded and the engines were primed, he set the ship's turrets to automated defence, bracing himself for an inevitable imperial encounter. The more careful individuals would be able to evade detection by the turrets, and slip into the cargo containers.
Although Zerenis did brace himself the moment he saw Lunaris' hands move, he was still knocked off balance, and left hanging off the back of the speeder. Gripping his lightsaber firmly, he was prepared to run it clean through the engine block.

"...Alright, if you're gonna be that way then-" Zerenis didn't even get to finish the sentence as the engine shut off on it's own, and the Speeder began to descend uncontrollably.

"...Saves me SOME trouble, but... Hope she's not slept in today." Zerenis said, as he purposely let go of the speeder and began to fall.

"Lightning Stalker to Azure Twintails. Requesting mid-air pickup!"
"I never really knew my folks, so I can't help you there." Izaroth said, shrugging as he walked.

"I pretty much built a whole ship from scrap to get off the world I was practically ditched on when I was a kid, which over time, through repairs, modifications, and day-to-day operations here and there, became the vessel I use to this day." The white haired warrior said as he looked at Blaze, before returning his gaze forward.

"It's not a large ship by any means, but it can really move. A little something I cooked up when I grew fed up of conventional space travel one day. Helped me survive a few skirmishes too. Sometimes retreat is an effective strategy in and of itself."
