The Walking Dead: Extinction Event

Intro: I was working on a Walking Dead/zombie apocalypse RP when the old site went down and now is time to try again. The thing I always want to stress in these types of stories is survival and the psychological changes people go through and not the "run and gun, blood and gore, mow down thousands of undead bastards" action style storytelling. I'm also going to be throwing in a handful of NPCs to help flesh out our group and certain characters who will have a role to play in the story.

Story Premise: It's been about 2 months since the abrupt end of life as we know it. Survival is the order of the day and every morning you wake up feels like a small victory. A small mobile community of survivors have taken shelter in a bus depot outside of Philadelphia, supplies are short and the days are only getting shorter and colder. A group of scavengers from the camp are heading into the city on the hunt for food, warmer clothes and anything else of use.

Rules:
Standard Guild rules apply. In addition to this please let me or someone else know if you're going to be away for any significant length of time. Overly inactive characters will have to be dispatched so we can all keep going without wondering 'hey why hasn't Johnny said anything in a month?' Hope you all can understand that.

Name- Andrew Connors
Appearance-

Equipment- Glock 22 service pistol. Homemade necklace of his and his wife's wedding rings tied on to a bit of string.
Bio- Andrew grew up in the small town of Warrick in northern Pennsylvania, he had an average childhood and chose to return home after graduating from the police academy at age 21. For the next 6 years he lived a happy life, he got married to the woman of his dreams and together they had a beautiful daughter. It was not long after that when tragedy struck. They lost their child in a car accident, after which Andrew resigned from active duty and took a desk job, having lost the drive to serve. and protect. Meanwhile he and his wife just grew further and further apart. Two months ago, after the world went to hell, the survivors from Warrick realized the world wasn't getting better anytime soon, and the town was lost to the dead. Of the 20 that set out from Warrick, only 3 still live today.

Grand Theft Auto rp?

I was about to start up a GTA-inspired rp before the old site went down, and I'd like to give it another go. The basic plot I had worked out was the rise of a poor Irish street gang/ heist crew from knocking off liquor stores to high-stakes bank jobs to eventually getting involved with the mafia. Setting is up for debate between Los Santos and Liberty City, personally I feel it'd work better in LC, but we can discuss it. Any interest?
