Name noticed Aza moving towards her room finished talking to the new arrival. "Sorry kid but I promised a little girl a unicorn." Name said under his breath. Seeing Autumn was in no danger from the alpha, he relaxed.

"Hey Aza do you have a moment?" Name said in hushed tones as the unicorn walked by "If you can just sit tight a few moments you can make a very sweet little girl very happy!" He told her pointing at Autumn, his own enthusiasm apparent.

"By the way I found this in my coffee this morning, for the life of me I can't think of how it got there!" He said holding out her room key.

Name was worried. In personal experience he found the werewolves to be brotherly to themselves and to an extent the rest of the supernatural. When they were in a good mood. This young woman was clearly not.

He heard Nightshade Security had just wiped out Lunar Tide. Shame Name liked them good sort, a little rowdy but very friendly. Hell he had a wisdom tooth from a member for his tests. "Huh, wonder what I'm gonna do with that?" He said to himself.

Name knew a wolf in mourning was a dangerous thing, but he didn't want to pull Autumn away. Who knows this might be just what the ex-alpha needed.

Name sat next to Wy to be closer, rotated the stool so that was facing the girls and put his hands in his pocket.

Name smiled at her enthusiasm, "seems like she's coping very well, with her new home" he thought to himself. "Alright Kid will wait until she's done talking. For know why don't we eat?" Name of course wasn't able to digest the food being full vampire, still he liked the flavor and it almost let him pretend he wasn't hungry.

"It's weird don't you think?" He said to Autumn. "To some people like us now would be breakfast. Though to others it's dinner." Of course since his bite Name just ate when the hunger was unbearable and slept when tired regardless of day or night. "Gonna have to change that he noted to himself." "So what do you think would be good for breakfast/dinner? I'm thinking spaghetti and eggs." He said joking.

Even though that didn't stop him from ordering just that with a cup of coffee.

Name chuckled inside at that statement. Nate had mentioned over the phone that she was half. "I suppose I am in a certain sense. Way I see it you have half of what makes Nate special and half of what makes me... different. You and me have some vampire I us."(he didn't want to call his vampirism special) He followed her eyes to Aza at the counter. Forgetful girl, he found her room key in his coffee cup of all places this morning.

"In fact kiddo your gonna find a lot of different kinds of special here. Would you like to meet the pretty lady at the counter, I can introduce you after she's done talking." He asked friendly not pushing her in any way he didn't want to overwhelm the poor kid. Still not every day a girl got to meet a real live unicorn.

Still he was a little nervous about the newcomer. Despite appearance the kid looked like one of the more ancient vampires.

Name got down on one knee so that he was about eye level with Autumn. Shaking the hands of Autumn and the toy rabbit he said kindly them. "It's a pleasure to meet all three of you." Name looks up to where Autumn pointed out Aiden. "Hello Aiden." Turning back to the child he then said, "you must be starving after a long car trip why don't we sit down, order something to eat, get to know each other a little." Said the doctor with a inviting smile.

The captain pushed a button on the holo-board and a model of the cargo ship named "Camels Hump" appeared. Simmons continued "Command has chosen us and all our 'skill' to investigate. There are two points of access on the the ship here in the lower cargo bay, and here were the attack fighters are found. (think star war style space combat) I will take squad A into the cargo bay, and Ajax will lead squad B though the fighter bay. Our primary objectives are to locate survivors, eliminate any hostiles and most importantly secure the hologram. Ajax will secure the ship barracks and sweep through the upper levels of the ship while my team will search the cargo bay, and lower levels. Any questions?"

In the debriefing room 24 men are seated 12 on each side, squads A and B. In front of the holo-board (an interactive hologram simulator) stands each squads respective captains.
"Alright everyone be seated and be silent!" Barked Captain Simmons. "Here's the situation. As you all know it has long be rumored that representative Cairn from Fool's Gambit and Sanders of the respective system have close ties with the Carseti crime syndicate, that the two of them are nothing more than puppets. Fool's Gambit feels it is underrepresented because it only has one planet in its system, and I know half of you didn't pay attention in school so for the slow ones that means they only have two representatives total. Recently a undercover colonial agent has uncovered evidence linking Cairn and Sanders to the Carseti. Fearing communication taps the agent was instructed to deliver the Intel via hologram directly to the central agency on Dawn. A cargo ship stocked with CDF soldiers was to pick up the agent and hologram and deliver it to a military base when they stopped to sell produce on world. The soldiers were instructed to give our base a report every two hours. Two days ago it missed check in and all attempts to hail the ship have failed. No attack was called in or even a sighting of another ship in the entire week, but we still expect a Carseti hit squad."
