Use the Wikia links found on the first post and do the following:

Find the Arcana you're interested in, then find a Persona under said Arcana. Click on said Persona and check it's skills. Pick anywhere from two to four starting skills, pick the ones closest to the front (i.e: lowest levels). Make sense?
