Further comments are that this may be moved up to Casual. Because apparently, there is debate about how this Roleplay should be treated as far as expectations go (which weren't really high to begin with, but I'm understanding there may be a change in this), but hopefully this won't be the case since myself and many of the other Roleplayers here feel more at home in the Free section.

Short Biography
A girl whose birth is the result of the love between an Earthling and Lucisean. When she was a child, her father left due to unknown reasons, leaving her to be raised on Earth with her mother who was also born there. An interest in music caused her to pursue the role as a Bard, but she was later dropped from the academy and labelled as a "dropout" and a "failure". Far from gifted with the field of musical magic, she was left feeling worthless for a while. Later, she stumbled upon an egg that spawned her future partner, a massive green dragon that she lovingly named "Arrow" (short for "green arrow" due to her lack of originality at the moment). With the approval of her mother, she took the role as a Dragon Rider and thanks to her tender care for animals, she was [eventually] able to take care of her new-found partner and ally. The two were traveling Earth as nomads and helping as many individuals as they passed on their travels prior to attending to the Academy.

I'm not looking CSes right now. I was leaving Grey to deal with your CS, if need be, I'll look over it. You have fair point for most of the debate, but I'm not a mind reader and neither are my Staff members. We can't assume those details unless you explain it -- that being said, I'm willing to accept your points in regards to your character's origin, assault rifle and so on. However, I still feel like your CS is a little overpowered in terms of weapons and power suit, that sort of thing.

Also, you and Arowne have close to identical CSes, both of you having the same name/nickname and similiar weapon/fighting style, however, I'd have to choose yours over him/her, since you posted first.
