The branch snapped and Ronan cringed. He could feel the intensity of a soft glare on the side of his face and brushed it off. **"As you were saying, Ronan?"**
Such a smartass.
She had to get it from Ronan, assuming they really were related. Though he had dealt with plenty of strange situations in his life: the idea that they were related was far from the strangest. Without another word, Ronan stood up from his spot on the ground, dusting his hands off. He was getting too old for this. **"Man the fire for me, darlin'. I'll go have a look."**'
**"Like hell you will!"** She snapped back, standing up beside him. Well, he couldn't exactly tell her to beat it: she was almost of age. And sooner or later, she'd have to deal for herself. As far as he was concerned, she was more fit for survival than he was. This was likely because her ability was actually useful in terms of a confrontation and didn't screw her over each time upon usage.
Though his face was feigned with disappointment, he was smiling a bit inside. **"Alright, alright. C'mon then,"** and away from their fire they went, moving only a few feet into the forest. Surely, the individual had heard them. Had they readied a trap? Where they with the Blades?
So many questions ran through Ronan's head before he stopped in front of a boy, no older than Violet, with white hair and dressed in black. **"And who the hell are ye?"**
Well, that was.. certainly an interesting read.

I'm from New Jersey, so that's about seven? hours ahead of me.
**"What an ass,"** Violet said in response to the man on the intercom or so had Ronan reckoned. He was too busy stoking the fire to really care. The smell of rabbit wafted through the air, making both of them all the more hungry. **"Yer tellin' me."**
He had supposed that the peace wasn't going to last forever. Well, considering their hellish conditions, it wasn't _exactly_ peaceful, but it was a lot better than being dead or booted to another era in time. Both could happen at any time and both equally terrified and excited Ronan. Though he knew his obligation was to take care of Violet, despite not knowing her connection to him.
_He had no right to ask._
**"Hey, Ronan,"** Violet started, hugging her knees next to the fire, **"What do you think will happen if anyone comes across us?"** What kind of question was that?
_Oh._
An innocent one, he supposed.
**"We kill 'em. . Well, I mean, if they mean any harm,"** he looked up for a minute to see a certain sense of sadness and maybe even fear in her chocolate brown eyes, **"Cheer up, kiddo. I'm sure we won't have ta. Nobody will find us, ye hear?"**
He wasn't so sure if he could trust his own words anymore.

Would make sense since the UK is approximately six hours ahead of Eastern Standard Timezone where it is currently 7:48 PM. Guessing the UK or Ireland.

I'm not particularly reviewing them, but I do think yours is fine. A few mistakes here and there, you totally ignored the one guy's character, aside from that, just random capitalization in sentences and spacing errors. This may just me being picky, so I wouldn't be bothered by it if I were you.

Once we get avatars and signatures back (or at least editable), I'll be changing mine to Rhys. Nothing I love more than TellTale games. That being said, your post is up to par, wouldn't worry if I were you.
