Current I’ve seen this argument before on the Internet. Pretty sure Drache is right because that’s literally the pronunciation found on the Nutella website.

Yeah... you just need to chill out. Look, you haven't been here for that long and you just gotta have patience. Throw your ideas and interest out there, that's all you can do to find good people.

Oh hey, someone who's not shitting all over Andromeda. It seriously fell short to meet its hype and animations were jank as hell, still wasn't a terrible game and I liked it.

Man... everytime Discord goes offline I'm reminded how important it is for my communications with people. All by myself now.

So I'm starting to feel sick, little bit of fever and all. That's the reason why I might not be too responsive.

Bio

Alright new bio because the one I had before was about... two... three years out of date? Basically I haven't touched this since I joined the site. Nothing fancy to say here, I'm a person who also happens to write stuff with other persons. Simple stuff. In a more serious note I mainly stick with 1x1s nowadays, but not for any particular reason other than that's how it worked out. I suppose the other major thing to note is if we do have an RP going, and I haven't responded for a while then feel free to get my attention. I'm also a fan of OOC chatter, its nice to have, but hey it isn't required either.

And... that's it.

You were right about everything dying down over the holidays, all three of the RPs I'm in are inactiveish.
Holy hell about summed up what was running through Devin's head at that time. It had been far too long since he's seen another single human let alone "outsiders" although all things considered he was the outsider this case. Whoever these people are they were very different from his own, they dressed differently, carried themselves differently, used strange weapons, and even their speech was strange. After the odd men killed the remaining two beasts, in what Devin considered to be in a reckless manner as one of the ancestors lessons say Never fight up close, always maintain distance. all it takes is one swipe from a beast to kill a man, he heard one of them talk. At first it sounded like the Fin's tongue yet different some of the words Devin didn't know.
Olev said
"We kill him, no mercy. Let me to him first."

That was all Devin could make out, a combination of distance and simply not knowing the meaning of a few words made it difficult to understand of most of the sentence. It seemed they may be there to kill him, figured it wasn't the beasts or trolls that were going to end his life but members of his own species. A preemptive strike might have been his best chance, they used what looked like shields made out of wood and metal a bullet should be able to punch through at first glance, problem is Devin knew nothing about the capabilities of these people, looks are not reliable alone. Devin's glaze roamed below him when he saw the bullet casings, he almost forgot to pick them up. He knelt down still keeping his stare on the men to pick up the casings then stored them in a small pouch on his belt, it was important to recover the casings or else he would have no way to make more ammunition.

One of the men walked forward from the group, Devin reasoned he could be the leader which was perfect. If the situation got worse he could kill the leader since he was so exposed, maybe in the shock he would be able to sprint past the mob of armed warriors.

" Hello. Who you be?

From this distance it was much easier to hear him speak, still some of the words were strange, but Devin fortunately was able to understand the meaning this time. If the leader was willing to be diplomatic then that was fine with Devin, still if these men did want to kill him it was best to attack first.

His Finnish was somewhat rusty but that shouldn't have been a problem, "Devin Lienheart, I'm only passing through I don't need trouble."
Vague enough to be pretty damn interesting, I'm in well I guess provided this reboot doesn't die as well. Mind if I ask what happened to the other one?
So... should I continue waiting on Daglobster or just go ahead and post anyway?
Pretty much had a pounding headache all day pretty much the reason why I didn't post. Anyway I hope it would be gone in the morning so I can get a post up.

Huh so you're a friend of his, neat welcome back to the guild. Anyway I'm sure you'll do alright even after a hiatus, you should be able to jump right in although still would be a good idea to read some of what's happened so far.

I swear this happened at least one other time earlier in the RP, anyway time to wait for Yandere or Mokley to make a move now.

Randold shook his head, the boy was an odd one for sure, and while he couldn't quite figure it out he found the boy to be unsettling. Its nothing to do with his demeanor in fact Tyaelaem so far has been quite friendly after initial contact, still Randold couldn't bring himself to trust him fully. Could a simple case of paranoia, maybe after some down time the effects of being lost were starting to kick in. Randold shifted as he sat grimacing at the pain that pain shot up from his leg, it was distracting while he was obviously hearing the conversation between the others none of the words registered.

Tyaelaem said
"You shouldn't walk yet, but you stay here and drink lots of healing water and you'll be just fine in a bit. Come find us then. Be careful with this thingy, if it breaks it oozes everywhere."

Randold snapped back to attention when Tyaelaem knelt beside him, he vaguely listened to the boy's words only then to feel the light berry pressed into his hand. When the boy bounded away Randold turned to the water, magic or not a drink sounded good then. Randold took a sip of the water, instantly feeling re-energized the pain in his leg still remained but not nearly bad as before, Randold took another dip into the water this time a long deep drink. After a few moments he felt clear headed again able to focus on the situation. Seemed the group was in agreement to move on, although without him coming along only to catch up later as Randold recalled Tyaelaem's words. This just seemed to be a bad idea to separate for any reason, Randold stoop up leaving the others alone with the boy wasn't an option. He was able to walk well enough admittedly a limp was present, in the back of his mind a voice told him it was too early to move, injuring his leg anymore could cause permanent damage, but Randold discarded the thought.

Randold spoke up, "I think it is a bad idea for me stay behind, its best to stay together. The water has helped I believe I can manage just fine, besides it would be better to use the light source so that everyone can see." Randold held the light berry high in the air.

Right returning to normal posting, doesn't seem too much happened so all is fine.

Edit: Ah Randold forever the self-sacrificing type even with possibility of leg nerve damage by trekking through a cave.
Devin Lienheart
Half an hour had passed give or take, time was hard to tell in the middle of the woods, not like Devin knew any different. He was watching the tree line all things considered he was very vulnerable sitting in the middle of a clearing. At this point Devin was considering one of two options, take a chance by making a move potentially risking the beasts' wrath, or stay where he was even if it was exposed. With a sigh Devin rubbed his temples, these decisions were never easy, seriously one mistake is all it toke.

Branches snapped nearby, it seemed that the beasts finally found him. There were four of them and as Devin thought they were one wolves until,of course, their bodies were mutalated. Their eyes shone in the dim light of the campfire, even from this distance Devin could smell their rancid breath. He kicked snow over the small fire, and then just simply ran there was no other choice. Unfortunately he didn't know the area having just wandered here, so he was running blind, behind him he heard the howls and panting of the beasts as they chased him. Devin weaved through the trees, and jumped over various obstacles in his way.

He passed into another clearing before skidding to a complete stop, in front of him the land ended only dropping off into a cliff. Devin peered over the edge the fall was way too great to risk jumping, maybe a fiftteen to twenty meters high. He silently swore to himself he was trapped, a deadly fall in one direction, and a pack of beasts in the other. Still one positive was that the beasts could only come from the one direction, meaning he had a bottleneck, a poor one but still a bottleneck.

Devin dropped to one knee, he tightly gripped his rifle staring down the iron sights. He breathed deeply, attempting to slow his breaths after running. The first beast come into view, sprinting straight out of the forest, Devin held his breath then fired. The gunshot echoed through the trees, the bullet found its mark burrowing into the beast's skull, it dropped without a sound. Expertly Devin pulled back the bolt to chamber the next round, the second beast followed closely after its fallen comrade. Again he fired and again the bullet flied true killing the other beast. Devin chambered the next round, however the other two beasts held back for whatever reason, perhaps due to fear, or maybe because they knew Devin was capable of fighting back now.
