Current I’ve seen this argument before on the Internet. Pretty sure Drache is right because that’s literally the pronunciation found on the Nutella website.

Yeah... you just need to chill out. Look, you haven't been here for that long and you just gotta have patience. Throw your ideas and interest out there, that's all you can do to find good people.

Oh hey, someone who's not shitting all over Andromeda. It seriously fell short to meet its hype and animations were jank as hell, still wasn't a terrible game and I liked it.

Man... everytime Discord goes offline I'm reminded how important it is for my communications with people. All by myself now.

So I'm starting to feel sick, little bit of fever and all. That's the reason why I might not be too responsive.

Bio

Alright new bio because the one I had before was about... two... three years out of date? Basically I haven't touched this since I joined the site. Nothing fancy to say here, I'm a person who also happens to write stuff with other persons. Simple stuff. In a more serious note I mainly stick with 1x1s nowadays, but not for any particular reason other than that's how it worked out. I suppose the other major thing to note is if we do have an RP going, and I haven't responded for a while then feel free to get my attention. I'm also a fan of OOC chatter, its nice to have, but hey it isn't required either.

And... that's it.

Not Dead Yet Online hyped to be the most immersive games to date with heavy loads of realism. Davis frowned at the copious amount of end user agreements and even waivers, citing reasons for psychological scarring and Simulated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He heard of people going nuts while playing, at least back in development, but its just a game really how bad can it be, plus he spent damn good money picking it up. Davis swiped through all the documents barely paying attention to the digital words hovering in front of him. Finally he had gotten through the initial set up, the infamous game started up the title screen wasn't impressive... in fact it was very plain and minimal. Only the name of the game Not Yet Dead occupied the screen space on a black background, and at the moment only two options to select Exit which was a given, and Recruitment. Davis not wanting to close the game right away obviously selected the later. He was taken directly to a form, it was nothing like he expected going much further than any game would rightfully ask, his full name, birth date, education, medical history, employment, and among much more personal data. Davis was initially hesitant needless to say, still he kept reminding himself its just a game, at least he still wanted to believe so.
This here is my own attempt at a VRMMO, however the plan is not for another fantasy RPG rather I wanted to take what I hope is a newish direction. Not Dead Yet has a modern military theme to it guns, tanks, aircraft, warships, all that fun stuff, and as what you may have gotten from the short prologue, its all about simulating war without becoming actual war. The way Not Dead Yet operates is no traditional progression, what that means is no levels, no skills, none of that. Instead a player’s ability depends on their real world experience, whatever he knows translates into something useful on the battlefield. A mechanic for example would be fit in an engineering role, a doctor would be a medic, a race car driver (Far fetched I know) would perhaps operate a vehicle, a pilot would… well be a pilot. Now something to keep in mind not everyone is skilled, even your average Joe would be useful just as a warm body, after all its the many who win wars right? The whole idea here is to be grand in scope but still focus on the characters that delve into the chaos, so to that end a character’s life outside of the game is just as important as their virtual avatar. There is more to cover obviously one of those is a lack of a CS, however I wanted to gauge interest before really getting into developing all this. Disclaimer: I know pretty much nothing on how military actually works, all I got comes from games, movies and TV. If my lack of knowing happens to annoy anyone don’t yell at me, actually to any military buffs feel free to PM on what I get wrong, I welcome any advice.
Update: I ended up deciding that because I don't even have the bare bones of a RP here that I am going to wait until I really get around to conceptualizing something good, so yeah for now none of this is happening.
