Hey all,
I'm Daichi (37). I'm a long-time writer looking for a partner who shares a love for "Prestige-style" drama. I’m a big fan of using AI tools to polish my prose—I love the way it helps my grammar keep up with my ideas—so if you use tools to sharpen your writing too, you've found a kindred spirit.
What I’m looking for:
I lean toward M4M gritty crime and "Meta" dramas. My current project involves two married actors filming a high-stakes drug-trade movie. I’m looking for that "HBO-level" storytelling where the 18+ elements feel earned and essential to the plot.
My Writing Style:
I’m a big believer in character agency. I love it when a partner just "goes for it" in a scene. You don't need to ask me for permission in OOC to have your character react or push mine; I’d much rather react to your character's choices in the moment! I find it keeps the momentum and the "life" of the story moving.
I’m not looking for "fluff" or "instant-romance"—I want the messy, jaded, and complicated parts of life.
If you like high-literacy, character-driven tension, and stories with some real teeth, I’d love to see a writing sample. Looking forward to finding a great collaborator!
