The Collective has requested to send some of its own to view the peace talks, partly because they genuinely wish to assist, but mostly because they don't trust the Equestrians and wish to keep a close eye on everything they do
"What if we absorb the Equestrians? That would end this mess."
"They would not accept the greater good, it would be harder to turn them than it was to turn the Saeva Simius"
"I think they would, in time. What if we crippled their empire?"
"You aim to achieve peace through war?"
"It may be necessary, start a smaller war to prevent a larger one."
"Tell me, how is this a smaller war?"
"If the AIF fail, and Equestrians and the Makudan go to war, the humans will be dragged in. Then us. The Sazkarjhit will be in, the other races of the Equiis pact, maybe even the Hach. But if we moved and had Spectre cripple them..."
"Then the Equestrians will be too weak to start a war..."
"And too busy, we have Spectre plant some evidence and have the Equestrians chasing their tail for the next cycle."
"A fair plan, but what of the Makudan?"
"We would need more time, but we could try and do the same to them."
"It carries too much risk, if it goes wrong we would be dragged into a war. Besides, the extra-dimensional being they call 'Faust' would not allow it, we'd have to send Deuscidium with them."
"Indeed, and even if we succeeded the Equestrians wouldn't let us get away with that, they would be bound to notice."
"Obviously. We don't understand their talent, but their 'magic' might be weakened if we did that, and they would notice that within an instant, and then we get dragged into a war."
"And if we failed, Faust would simply tell the Equestrians or even attack us outright. Have you even seen an attack from an extradimensional being?"
"No, I have not."
"They vary, but all are equally destructive. Engaging Faust would be counter productive at this time. It is better to simply hope for the best."
"So we wager an entire war on the fate of a dice roll?"
"There are other things we see, let our vision not be clouded by shadows and fear"
"Yes, allow us to look towards other advancements"
"What is the status on your project?"
"I'll show you."
"Avert your eyes from your lord!" The Triarian Officer said, as his eyes turned orange and the Selkath before him fell to the floor "Infandus! You are charged with assisting the Selkath on Namo in their unauthorised emigration attempt. There shall be no more warnings"
"Please... No!" The Selkath Infandus began to beg but then he fell backwards, clutching his chest as the Officer slowed his heart, finally stopping it. The infandus gasped as he fell to the floor and died.
"Bastard!" The cry came, and he turned to regard the other prisoners
"Tresspassing, resisting arrest, swearing, fighting, attempted murder, contraband possession of all levels, conspiring to commit level four and five violations, malcompliance, inaction, sociocide... All because you didn't emigrate when you had the chance. Fools." The Officer said, turning to leave "Deal with them" He said to the two Selkath civilis protections as he left. The two stepped forwards after he had gone, drawing their hardlight pistols
"You made someone a widow, damn you" The first said, raising his weapon and firing a shot into Kota's head
"That man you killed was a friend of mine" The second said, shooting Shelkar. The two turned, and fired at the other prisoners from the attempt who were lined up on the wall, executing them. The first civilis protections began to check the bodied to ensure they were all dead, while the second activated his communicator
"Protection complete, request 11-44 to my 10-20 we have multiple deceased 647E here."
Message to the Sazkarjhit

Your commitment to honour your vows is noted. Is there no way your pact can prevent open conflict? Both sides would be devastated by the end, no matter the victor, and we would all be affected. It appears the victory over the Draconians has fed the Equestrian ego. How quick they are to forget the roles played by others, from the great to the small, all across the universe... how quick they are to jump to the idea of war. And we are the immoral ones?

Triarian forces have continued their containment of Hach space, while other fleets are committed to defence. Tensions are high, and the Primicerii will not risk someone trying a preemptive strike on them... Not after the last time, not after nearly losing the masters.
Message to the Equestrians
"Ah, our old ally. Still using all the muscles except the one which matters most. When weighing up war, there is more to be considered past material goods. Unforgivable? Then you must dub us the Unforgiven, and we shall dub you the Accuser. Be calm. There are humans that, for all their shortcomings, follow the doctrine laid down by your... Beliefs... Closely, and I believe they can settle this."

Message to the AIF
"The odds are not in your favour, the Equestrians would rather go to war than wait another moment, even if you secure peace through negotiations. Nonetheless, we shall assist, and you have our protection from the powers should war become a certainty"
Uh... What crisis at Makudan (I thought Makudan was an empire not a planet?) What Triarian aggressors? What on Earth have I just been pulled into?
Mars

The agents that had been gathering cultural data had never left the AIF, even after all this time. They still, however, sent reports to the Argutus, who had continued to inform the AIF that the agents were still operating in a non-military role, and that had been true.
That was until today. One of the agents had infiltrated Mars under orders from the Argutus. He found the whole thing very queer. Nonetheless, he complied with his orders and infiltrated mars under the guise of a scientist. What he found and reported troubled him. Someone was deleting the human data, and from what he had gathered they were some external spies. He had requested reinforcements from the appropriate agencies, and copied as much of the Humans Dark Energy information as he could onto a small, human data device, called a 'USB drive', which he then stub into his own skin, the wound sealing up and keeping the device inside it...
He proceeded across the facility, and located one of the new human filing cabinets. Ingenious. Non-digital records may be primitive, but such adaption to infiltration, the humans were quick. He checked nobody was watching, before opening it and cutting open part of his flesh, pulling out the portable human data device and slipping it into one of the files, quickly closing the filing cabinet
He stood, and quickly proceeded across it again, moving to meet up with the two incoming agents that had been sent to meet with him

Message to the Equiis pact:
"Stand down. This is not the time for another war. Cease your fragmentation of the known nations of the universe immediately."

Triarian fleets are turned to high alert in preparation for possible pacification actions.
"Surface temperature rising... If we continue to vent heat into the atmosphere, we could end up destroying the majority of life on the planet..."
"What does it require to terminate these exogens?!" The overseer exclaimed as he tapped in a section on his control panel. It seemed space battle had been worked out by the humans, but ground was very much a problem...
Equiis pact war fleets, AIF fleet, Makudan war fleets... And here he was, leading only a handful of vessels against the threat. He did feel some pride in the fact that said handful was matching up well, but the fire power here was not enough. He needed Dark Energy weaponry, but his ships didn't... The cores... He paused, considering... If he did, they would definitely knock out some of the exogens. But was the cost worth it? The AIF were quite literally getting steam rolled, if he took down a few of the ships the humans might have some breathing room... Besides, he couldn't take enough out with these vessels... But he could try something pretty insane
"Open conduit 013." He ordered and a hatch from the roof fell down, he tapped a set of commands into the terminal "Bring up a view screen, move us closer. I am going to attempt to utilize my Psionics
"The energy required to attempt anything meaningful would be astronomical, there is no way we could channel it..."
"I shall complete the circuit. You saw what happened when the seeders hit the shield wall. Another hit, or some mines, and there are going to be many, many casualties... I can Chanel more power to the human shields if we are close enough."
"Your cord would be cut..." One of the bridge officers said, as she turned to regard him
"Affirmed..." He whispered, quietly

The flagship jumped into the middle of the human formation, behind the Mclain, using the human ships for cover. It began to forward energy from its powerful reactors to the AIF shields. On the bridge the overseer floated from the ground placing his hand just off the conduit... His eyes started to glow bright orange and all the lights on the ship dimmed, many systems operating at much lower power as the overseer redirected it to the human shields... He yelled out in agony as every nerve in his body began to overload... It was like passing too much energy through a fuse, it was simply a matter of how long until he blew... The bridge crew watched in shock, and the usually stoic synth soldier security detail seemed slightly shaken as he continued his dreadful chorus of screams, his body heating as the energy passed through him, frying him...
1) Here, the EA have set up bases underwater, so I have to wait for the slooooooow version. Thanks humans xD

2) If you go through the trouble to trying to take an inhabited world instead of terraforming a dead world, obviously you will usually want it intact

3) Its more fun to have space and land battles, and to use tactics like this only occasionally. I am certain everyone in this RP is capable of destroying all life on or even destroying the planet, but who wants to just go "Arrive, shoot, leave everyone to die".

What does a seeder friendly environment include?
You missed an important part
Carbon Monoxide is a green house gas. That Triarian action just increased the planet temperature, thus putting into motion a cycle that would result in the world boiling over. With the tempreture increase, more water will evaporate, resulting in releasing co2, which raises the temperature meaning more evaporation etc
Those seeds aren't fixing this, considering they don't seem to be removing the CO in anyway, just pumping out spores into an increasingly inhospitable environment. Given the gradual heat increase (and non gradual, since the energy projectors produce immense heat), the gas released by the walker might not be stable, as the particles have more energy.
