Did those bitches love the rape too? XD

I'd be early to mid 1900's British Empire. The good of the British Empire with automatic weapons and tanks. Huzzah!

Or Rome, because they were one of the first western empires and had near unmatched discipline and culture. Not only that, but (Correct me if I am wrong) I think they are the longest lived Empire in history, starting somewhere around 600 BC and lasting until 1500's (The eastern roman empire became the byzantine empire) That out matches the British 400 or so (Although one could argue the British and French Empires still exists, since they does do a few overseas territories, some of which could be quite useful. Since France is moving to directly incorporate them into the nation of France though, the French territories will become more like Hawaii and less like a territory)

Or, I would be the empire from star wars, because star destroyers and storm troopers are great and I love the uniforms (Ik the uniforms are nazi based, but the nazi's were snappy dressers even if they were bastards xD)
Rogue void humans

With the generators disabled, the Corruptelae insectum had defeated what the Queen perceived to be the greatest threat, the bases power. In a display of their basic and simplistic mind set, the Corruptelae Insectum threw themselves at the void human stealth ships, the two Praetorians smashing towards them. As the bugs swarmed towards the ships. There were a few void humans who had the misfortune of not yet being aboard the transports and they were swamped by the aggressive bugs, some were torn apart while others were set upon but somehow able to survive the horde After but a minute of this aggressive attack, the bugs withdrew from the battle, leaving a handful of survivors who had been swept up while trying to reach their brethren in the ships wounded by alive as they moved at whatever speed their injuries permitted to the transports, blood on their chests. The damage to the ships themselves was minor, it was clear the corruptelae insectum hadn't continued their attack long enough to cause severe damage before retreating.

Goes to show you, you can't trust mer mages trying to talk you into doing stuff for them. Damn elves.

Indeed, in the words of Ralof, "The talmor are wit him! Damn elves, I bet they had something to do with zis!"
Note: It does seem that everything points to them all being descended from the Aldmer rather than the Alyieds. Poor background checking by a script writer, or maybe it just reflects the delusions of an Altmer mage who believes the Alyeids should slaughter the humans in revenge and reassert their rightful place (He'd fit right in with the thalmor lol)
Still. I am skeptical it was the Altmer who introduced magic, as the humans fled from Akavir and might have had knowledge from there (Dunno, need to check this). At any rate, it seems the Mer are all offshoots of the Aldmer not the Altmer nor Alyeilds, and the Altmer came into being as they remained in summerset while the ones who went to valenwood became bosmer, cyrodiil became Alyeids and morrowind Dunmer over time, wouldn't it be the Aldmer who introduced magic and not the Altmer as a result, so they would have known it without having headed to summerset?

Hmm, I don't know, I reserve judgment on that, cause aside from this half remembered quest dialogue, every other source, from books in the games to wiki, to videos, says otherwise...Not that I don't trust you. :P

xD I am still certain he mentions it as the reason he is able to stick on the crown and become the 'king' of an Ayleid ruin. I will find that damn quote one day, : if only the wiki's selected interesting quotes instead of getting generic dialogue from stormcloak soldiers -.-
I am not entirely sure, but I think he did say that the High Elves were descended from the Alyieds. I only ever did the quest line once (Think I remembered his name too, Umbacano?) because the sod makes you go on a massive dungeon crawl for some god forsaken ugly alyeid statues before he gives you a string of quests which culminate in him turning into an alyeid lich king and trying to brutally murder you. Such a great reward for my service eh?
When you see the two Alyeid warriors in the thieves guild questline, they basically look like massive High Elves, so I think the Alyied were the ancestors of the high elves and the Alyieds had magic, pretty much built the IC etc. So the high elven claims wouldn't be strictly true
I like how the Orcs are elves, when I first played TES I didn't see that coming until I noticed that only the elves had Mer in their names xD

Haha, I get it, because Elsweyr was derived from else where xD

The Ayleids are one of the descendants of the Aldmer. Pretty much all elves are descended from the High Elves. If the Mer never went to the Summerset Isles there would be no magic, tower, etc.

What? That can't be right, the High Elf in Oblivion (Forgot his name) claims that the High Elves descended from the Alyeids and that he has more 'alyeid' blood than most other high elves or something doesn't he? That would only work if the High Elves were descended from the Alyeids, else the High elves wouldn't have 'Alyeid blood', it would be the other way around... That, or someone at Bethesda just wrote that quest and didn't bother go double check things.
