Artemis looked around seeing Pride Rock ahead. She had heard it was a safe pride. Finally her search may soon be over. She looked over at her two small cubs following behind her. She may be able to finally find a safe place for her family. "We are almost their my cubs." She said softly as Nikko ran up closer poking his head up above the grass to see. "Is that is mama?" He asked tilting his head. It didn't look like much to Nikko since he expected more from it almost. Kalina jumped on her mothers back to see. "I like it mama." She said giggling as she gripped onto her mothers fur as they headed closer to the rock. When they were close to the front of pride rock she looked up to see the King sitting on top of the high perch. "I would like to speak with you King." She said bowing down respectfully as her cubs did the same.

Reaper walked out through the Western Highlands looking over at the pride he overtook. They were all forced to hunt for food, even young cubs were sent out in groups. He craved more power and wanted more land to control. He would need to come up with a plan to change that. He debated reaching out to some hyenas or even other lions who would like to see a shift in power everywhere he can see. He must send out word for his plan.

Apparel: Unless she is at work she has on jeans and t-shirts. She wears her hiking boots more often then not. She also has a red dragon necklace she always has on.

Features: She has soft freckles across the bridge of her nose. She has a rose tattoo on her left shoulder with her parents names next to them.
Hair: Light brown hair, down to her belt loops. She either has it down or up in a pony tail to keep it out of her eyes. The texture is soft to the touch from keeping good care of it.

Personality: She has always felt that she is a bit of a loner. She feels that children are easier to interact with then adults. She has been working on it more and more trying to gain more friends but it has definitely been a process for her. She hopes to one day find someone that understands her that she can be happy with in the future, but that person hasn't shown up in her life.

Powers: Control Flames - You can pyrokinetically control the intensity or movement of a naturally burning fire, so long as its 1 foot³ or smaller. Every few seconds, you can freely switch control between it and another fire. You can also change the nature of your control every few seconds, but only through a specific change like sustaining or moving a fire. When your control lapses, a fire returns to its original state. If it has no fuel, or was moved from its original location, it extinguishes. You can keep a fire burning that would normally expire for lack of fuel. Dousing a controlled fire with water does not put it out, though completely submerging it would. You can move a fire up to a maximum speed of 5 feet/second. This power takes a few seconds to manifest, and lasts as long as you concentrate.

History: She was raised by her mother and abusive, drunk father. She hated being home at night when her father was on a bender. He tend to take out his anger at any person he could including her. When she was 15 her mother left her father after he cheated on her mother. From that day she vowed to dedicate her life to help children and others in terrible situations the best she could. She even helped work at a battered women's shelter on her days off helping woman who have been abused by their partners.

Other: (Not sure if my character could have a pet so I wanted to ask first)

HELP WANTED!

Explorers and Fighters needed! A band of Orcs threatens to destroy the whole nation! The King of Aldarina has placed a bounty of 100,000 gold to anyone that wants to defend his land from the evil monsters. All who wish to help must arrive at the Castle on the Eve of the Lantern of Lights Festival at the Castle entrance hall.

The King of Aldarina has sent out all of his servants and workers to spread thousands of wanted posters all around town and surrounding towns as well. He is in dire need of brave hearted people for a dangerous quest. He knows only the strongest people will be able to do the job he needs to but he is desperate. The festival day is two days away so everyone is to head to meet the king that day. Hopefully people arrive soon, or the country is doomed.

Esmeralda walked up towards the entrance to the castle. She looked behind her to see her friend Morthos close behind her. "We are almost there. It should be just up ahead." She said as she was careful to keep her face hidden in her hood. She did not want to get spotted as a thief before she could see the king. Then she would be in a jail cell versus making more money then she has ever even seen before. She wondered how hard this job would be. She knew that killing Orcs is always a challenge, but she knew she had what it took to get the job done.

Ban was sitting on one of the couches in the entrance hall snoozing away. He arrived earlier that morning and wanted to be the first in line for the fortune. He actually hoped no one else would show up so he could ask for more money. He knew that was unlikely to happen...but it was a possibility. This job was very challenging after all. Not everyone has the guts to take on Orcs in cold blood, even if they are terrorizing the town. He sat up and stretched out looking to see if anyone else would arrive soon.
