Dealing with a lot of work from uni right now. Probably won't get any roleplaying done for a while. Why can't there be a major in uni about roleplay?!

Avery blinked back at Lena. Well... She hadn't expected an affirmative so easily, but there she had it and Avery wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth. Once was enough for her to learn. She flashed Lena a bright grin before linking their arms and dragging them out of the room. "No worries," she assured, although the mischievous glint in her eyes said otherwise. "You're still going to be the straight A student after four years. I'll just make you a little more interesting, is all."

Once they made their way out of the building, Avery stopped. She turned to her roommate, dangerous playfulness swirling in her eyes. "Ever been to a bar, sweet cheeks?" She thought of the bar in the downtown area owned by a very accommodating succubus. It had been a place Avery had frequented once or twice before, but never really saw its charm. Now that she was being accompanied by someone who looked every bit like a virginal goddess, that place might prove to be more fun than she'd originally thought. A couple of drinks should hopefully allow the girl to loosen up a bit. It was still early, so Avery could allow Lena to get wasted without worry. That is, if she actually managed to convince the girl to drink.
Basically I just need someone to brainstorm events with me and to look over the rp when I can't.
I'm interested. Here have a wip. Just a question, how old were the heroes during the war?

Hmm. Interested. Would like some more info though.

Eli shifted the duffel bag on her shoulder to a more favorable position before she stepped out of the bus. Excited chirping from someone who seemed to be in charge of this circus caused Eli's brows to furrow. She ticked another item on her mental pros-and-cons list of coming to this godforsaken camp. Excited chirping: Definitely a con. Some of the other campers that had exited before her began passing out the leaflets this Amber person handed out. It was the same generic crap she knew camp like these would spout. Another tick on the cons list. And what? She'd have to share a cabin with people she didn't even know? She knew that was the whole point of this camp, but it didn't mean she had to like it. That goes to the cons list too.

She eyed the field Amber had gestured towards. Kickball sounded like it could be fun. She could definitely use it after having sat stationary for what felt like forever, but she'd have to wait another hour for the game to even start. An almost childish urge rose up to stick out her tongue but she buried it.

"Guess I should just settle in the cabin for a while," she muttered to herself as she headed towards the bulletin board. The list wasn't that long and she found her name easily enough. Cabin 5. She'd be sharing it with a Dawn Kingston and a Dolce Parker. "Great," she drawled, her eyes rolling in their sockets. She headed towards the cabin, spotting the five easily enough. It wasn't all that horrible, she had to admit. It had a rather homely feel to it and reminded Eli of barracks. At least she'd be sleeping somewhere comfortable. She ticked that on the pros list.

She was the first to arrive in the cabin, surprisingly enough. She dropped her bag on one of the beds in the back of the cabin. A little privacy that she could afford herself. She plopped down on the bed and began to tap her finger rhythmically on the bars, drumming up a tune in her head.
Got a post up. I hope it's fine.
Karlie Morgan

Hazel eyes stared straight ahead at the white walls that surrounded her. Karlie Morgan didn't know how many days had passed - it was hard to gain a concrete grasp on time when all the lights in her room were always open to make sure that she wasn't planning yet another escape. She wondered if it had been months or even years since she'd first been brought to this place - taken despite all her protesting. Abducted, was the better word. She remembered her arrival at the facility. She became good friends with the guard's shock-batons. She had to wear the shock collar for what felt like forever, feeling like she was lower than a dog. An animal to be caged.

Just the thought of that day - the day when these monsters took everything away from her - was enough to bring forth her anger. She felt it escaping her body, the icy tendrils forming on the wall she had her back on. Within a second, the room's temperature raised enough to bring a burning sensation on the parts of Karlie's body that touched the walls and floor. She jumped up, standing and staring at the ceiling where she assumed they were watching her from. She was wrong, of course. Hidden cameras littered the walls of her chamber, ever watchful eyes on her day in and day out.

"Dammit, I'm calm!" she shouted, forcing the ice to subside. As soon as the remnants of her power dissipated, the temperature dropped back to normal. Grimacing, Karlie wiped her forehead causing several drops of sweat to fall on the floor. "I told you people I'm behaving. No need to bring the heat," she muttered before she settled back on the now cool surfaces. She heard that new prisoners would be arriving that day. She bit back a laugh thinking about how they were being subjected to the Warden's usual garble about them being the children of false gods. She certainly didn't miss that.

She settled on the floor, tucking her arms underneath her head. "Hey," she called out to no one in particular, "Have I been really good? Maybe you should finally let me out of this cage. I'd even wear that fucking collar. I'm going insane here."
Guys, I'm still looking for a co-gm to help manage this since I'm also juggling uni. Anyone interested?
@Fillet I do watch Carmilla and The 100. I don't really feel all that comfortable roleplaying canon characters from those shows though, but if it's with OCs, I think I might be fine with it.
BUMP.

Two new plot ideas added :>
