SORRY TO EVERYONE FOR DISAPPEARING!

Used to be pretty active ~6 months ago, might be coming back...

Name is Zorogami, but you can call me Zoro. I really enjoy Rping, although it used be an on and off thing until I finally joined the Guild. Since then, I've been lucky enough to meet very friendly and cool people here as well as take part in various interesting RPs. As for settings, I enjoy fantasy and sci-fi worlds the most, but i´m always looking to try out new stuff as well. I like character-driven plots with lots of freedom, since those settings allow for a ton of possibilities in the story. I'm testing the 1x1 RP waters as well, so feel free to hit me up with any ideas if you want!

I guess that's it for now, Maybe I'll see you around?

I would be interested, do you think we would use some kind of classes/skill/progression system?
Noirville - Sewer System

As bad as the smell was, Leon quickly grew accustomed to it. He would give anything in exchange for a hot steamy shower once he was out of this mess, but luxuries like that had became sparse when the world had gone to hell. Finding a working shower at all was a miracle, anything beyond that would be a godsend. Shining his flashlight in front of him, the boy made sure there was nothing too dangerous before turning any corner. He had come across the occasional zombie, pokemon and human, but no groups thankfully. Herkules was right behind him, looking back every now and then to make sure nothing was following them. After a few uneventful minutes, the duo came across a steel door to their left. "Staff Only - Do Not Enter!" was written in bold white letters on a red background. "Would you like at that Herk...seems like something good might come out of this after all" Leon smiled, and Herk looked glad as well. The Heracross had always been an energetic and cheerful ally, one of the first Pokemon Leon had ever caught. The trainer didn´t need to say a word, as the Pokemon knew exactly what to do. Placing his horn between the door and the wall, it didn´t take much effort for Herk to pry the door open.

Behind it was a little supply room and mutliple levers and valves that were connected to electrical panels and pipes. On the shelves lay a few tools, as well as a collection of nuts and bolts, nothing that would be really useful to Leon. In one corner of the room though, there was something the boy had not expected to find: A corpse. It seemed to belong to a man, clothed in some kind of uniform, a bullet hole on his forehead. The body was already decomposing, and when Leon got closer, he could smell it. When he entered the sewer, he had managed to hold back the barf, but this time there was no fighting it. After regaining composure, Leon noticed a gun in the man´s hand. The boy wasn´t a fan of firearms, but he was even less of a fan of zombies. Slowly inching closer, holding his nose, he grabbed the gun from the lifeless grip. Although he had never held one before, he finally managed to release the magazine after a bit of tinkering. 5 bullets left. Sliding it back in, he made sure the safety was on, then packed the gun away into his bag.

"Let´s go Herk" Leon commented dryly "Nothing else here for us...". The pair went back to the tunnel, the boy trying to forget the corpse...and the thought that, one day not too far in the future, he could end up just like that.
Stahl

A wave of darkness washed over Stahl, and although his two swords were up to absorb the majority of the hit, he recoiled back and felt and intense amount of pain. He grimaced first, but it quickly turned into a smile. Xiphias was strong, immensely strong, and if she managed to be more in control of her powers, she would be a menacing presence on any battlefield. The pain stung, but Stahl was thankful for it, as it meant this training would make him stronger as well. As a Ghost-type, he had to get used to fight Pokemon he was weak against, and Xiphias proved to be the perfect partner for that. The duo sparred a few more times, until both were too exhausted to try again.

As time went by, the sun and blue sky were replaced by twilight and stars. The group came to a halt and their "leader" decided to set up a camp for the night. Stahl was still on the fence about the Eevee-boy being in charge of things, but at least he seemed to have a plan. He hadn´t even finished that thought when that same Eevee-boy, Twix, approached him with a request. "Excuse me, You think you can use your blades to clear a path for us ahead?... it will probably take a while, but I don't think we can get around it without difficulty otherwise. Stahl had to agree, he was probably the best suited for the job. "Yeah, no problem. I´ll take care of it". Before he left to take care of the vines, he decided to give Twix a piece of advice. "We might want to think about setting up shifts to watch over the group as well...just a thought. A few feet before reaching the vines, he unsheathed his two swords, and promptly started cutting down everything in front of him.
//Agent: Brian Flint
//Mission: Special Training Simulation B12
//Date: Monday, January 18

As Brian was about to turn the corner, something made him stop for a second. The agent behind him was not following the group, and instead started gesturing towards something behind them, far in the distance. He pushed himself back against the wall, focusing his sight on the building opposite of them. There! a red laser dot was slowly making its way across the hallway they were in, scanning it for potential victims. Well great...I don´t know if my T9 can close that big of a gap, Brian thought to himself, crouching down to hide himself better. Glancing to his right, it was clear the rest of the group had kept going, not noticing the immediate threat behind them. The thought of calling out to them crossed Brian´s mind, but the noise would alert anyone in front of them. What a great way to start of my day the young agent thought, taking of the safety of his submachine gun.

"Hey man, Jayden is it? I don´t know if i can hit that sniper from here with my submachine gun...but at least it will give us a distraction and a way out" Brian would prefer to take the threat out completely, but a 2nd red dot revealed there was more than just one threat. He braced himself, tightening the grip of his gun and preparing to take aim and release a few quick bursts. "When I get up and shoot, we slowly move back and around the corner ok? I don´t think i can get both...". The other agent gave a nod, and shortly after the sound of gunfire broke the silence.

@IAMAROBOT
@ianzerep

I like it! I´ll just have carlos wander through the sewers for another bit, im sure there is plenty to do down there :D
@ianzerep im a big dive fan ;)

Maybe when i get out of the sewers we can run into one another somewhere?
<Snipped quote by Zorogami>

That just merely an assumption on my part, I didn't want to put words in your character's mouth. If you like, you can have KYL initiate dialogue in your post, which would have taken place during the drive. Regardless, the watcher for Souta is doing double duty as the watcher for KYL, so don't worry about involving another one.

Hey there! I just went along with it in my IC post, it is implied we had a brief conversation about what happened, and concluded it with a watcher appearing for KYL in the last line. If you had other plans, i can change the stuff that does not fit. I´ll let you take the reins from here :)
KYL-9XX

The cyborg thought he had left behind chaos and destruction as he got out of the tunnels and stood on the streets of Barlour, but it didn´t take long until he was proven wrong. Portals were appearing throughout the city, harboring champions from hell and heaven alike. Their battles destroyed anything and everything around them, from cars, to buildings, to anyone who was unlucky enough to be caught in-between. Weak from his own, failed battle, KYL decided to not confront any of the beings, opting to try and find a way out of the city instead. His cybernetic eye wasn´t the only thing that had broken, his communication interface wasn´t responding either, leaving the damaged cyborg to fend for himself. Still getting used to his emotions, there was one name that was burnt into his mind, and brought up feelings of anger everytime he thought about it: Dr. Meldrich. Apparently, he was the one responsible for implanting the chip into KYL´s brain. The cyborg sure would love to meet the good doctor and exchange a few words with him...

As he slowly made his way through the city, KYL came across the Gilgamesh branch office. Since his comms were down, he thought he might find some help here, but a quick look at the building immediately brought his hopes down. The building had been abandonded, and not a single Gilgamesh employee was in sight. Just as he turned away to resume his path, an old crappy station wagon stopped a few feet in front of him. A door swung open, and a kid in a pecluiar cltohing got out, greeting the cyborg with a lazy wave. "Hey Kyle, I´m your ride out of this mess! Get in" he exclaimed, as he leaned against the open door. KYL had no clue who this kid was, on the other hand, he did not look dangerous or menacing in any way, and he was being offered a safer and quicker way out of the war zone Barlour City had become. The cyborg walked over to the back door, thanking the kid for the help, and sat down.

The dialogue between the two was short. Apparently the kid was named Souta, and he was a Gilgamesh operative as well. He had received a message to come pick up the cyborg, after everything that had happened in the tunnels. When the issue about the broken seal came up, both seemed reluctant to talk about it, and so they spent the rest of the ride in silence. On their way out of Barlour, KYL was shocked by the amount of destruction that had already taken place. There wasn´t a borough that went untouched by the raging war, and behind every corner waited a new abomination or angelic being that aided in the eradication of the city. If things kept going like this, the city would be nothing but a giant pile of rubble in a few days.

It wasn´t until they got out of a tunnel a while later that the silence was broken by a third passenger, suddenly appearing out of thin air next to Souta . ”Ah, don'tcha just love the highways in the afternoon?” The kid on the wheel reacted as anyone would when confronted with a ghostly being that came out of nowhere: Losing control of the car. After careening to the sides, their vehicle came to a full stop, and Souta instantly stepped out, rolling onto the floor. The cyborg exited the car as well, his gatling gun aimed at the ethereal being that had decided to sit down on top of the car. ”Terrible manners to show to someone like me. I'm an important person, you know. Very busy. Very important.” Its tone was condescending, mixed with a good portion of mockery. As KYL was still considering if he should pull the trigger or not, Souta decided to take matters in his own hands, attacking the ghost with two hook-like weapons. The result was more than disappointing, the weapons passed through it without leaving a trace. ”Oh, aren't you the cutest thing. Well, quit fidgeting and listen for a sec. You've been called for. I'm here to take you in.”

The newcomer seemed to have a plan, and it involved taking Souta somewhere. The kid glanced at KYL, and the cyborg shrugged his shoulders in response, lowering the weapon that would have no effect on their uninvited guest. "You too tinman. Meeting is about to start, time we get going". came from behind them. KYL spun around, and stood face to face with a copy of the thing that was sitting on the car.
Welcome to "The Three Realms War RP", where the characters are made up and the points don´t matter!

@Lugubrious Since you already had KYL joining Souta in your post, I´ll go ahead and assume we sat quietly in the car while Souta drove since there is no dialogue? I´ll have KYL´s watcher appear as well if that´s ok and then i´ll let you take "our plot" forward
@Draconequis Since we are about to set up a camp, do you want to have a post where we practice your attacks on the way? Thought about asking you before posting and missing the chance :)
