SORRY TO EVERYONE FOR DISAPPEARING!
Used to be pretty active ~6 months ago, might be coming back...
Name is Zorogami, but you can call me Zoro. I really enjoy Rping, although it used be an on and off thing until I finally joined the Guild. Since then, I've been lucky enough to meet very friendly and cool people here as well as take part in various interesting RPs. As for settings, I enjoy fantasy and sci-fi worlds the most, but i´m always looking to try out new stuff as well. I like character-driven plots with lots of freedom, since those settings allow for a ton of possibilities in the story. I'm testing the 1x1 RP waters as well, so feel free to hit me up with any ideas if you want!

@Zorogami Honestly it's moving a bit too slow for me too. (I'm used to waiting a couple of hours for posts) So I guess that's fine, though I would be sad if this dies. Some people have been gone for double digit days. Others have been on but haven't posted.
Yeah, i don't expect people to post every day (i have other rps for that...) but it's been a week since anyone has responded to your post. I'd be very sad as well, especially since this story is completely different to the usual fantasy stuff i do. Wanna try another roll call and see what people have to say?

Thanks a lot for your insight. It's crazy how some RPs can last for so long and others barely get started before they already die off. You're absolutely right though that it is very dependant on the players and how much they are willing to do and post for the RP to have any chance at all. I guess i can PM the GM and try and think of ways we can get some more activity, maybe post in the interest check section like you suggested to get the ball rolling again.

So, I'm still kinda new to the guild, but I've been really enjoying my time so far and I've found plenty of interesting RPs to join. However, some of those RPs feel like they are slowly dying off...so my question is, how do you guys, who have more experience, handle the inactivity? Do you try to get the people motivated? Do you start a discussionas as to why people stopped posting? How long do you wait until you decide to drop out? I'd just really hate to see those RP die, but i don't know what I can do to stop it. Btw, im just a regular player, not a Gm or anything.
