Do we really have to choose the masks our parents gave us? I don't think so, which is why I choose my own.

If this is still open I am tempted.
I don't have a problem with it at all, its just not going to be as big as he keeps on trying to make it out. And no, I didn't radically change the location of the material, and I have no clue where you are getting the supernova thing from it, and it is actually a disadvantage having it my home system considering most of said system is controlled by the Abh and any battle there would probably result in the destruction. That and notice how I said most of it was inside that one system, you can still find shit tons outside of it.
Even then those are probably man-made elements that you are creating your self.
Except for referenconium from the Andromeda RP, because apparently that only exists in supernovae which the Romans apparently completely and absolutely control because of course they do, and every planet which you demand it to be on (Mostly the ones you plan to conquer). You see, what Duck is getting at is the flawed idea that an economy wouldn't exist because stuff we consider valuable is everywhere and cheap. What he fails to understand is that the spices in his damn food were worth their weight in gold, and that economies actually change. There are new materials that are valuable, and the old ones are cheap as shit. He would know this if he was awake during any given World Civ class that involved any mention of Portugal.
That a Galactic Trade Network is unnecessary as it's easy to get your own materials.
Yeah, I'm sure Joe McNormalguy has his own fucking mining outpost and freighter that he uses to get everything he needs, including luxuries. It's not like THIS IS SPACE AND THERE ARE BILLIONS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF PLANTS THAT CAN BE USED FOR FOOD THAT CAN ONLY GROW ON A FEW PLANETS WITHOUT NEEDING BIOSPHERES, and I'm sure NOBODY has any interest whatsoever in anything that involves an alien culture. And I'll also bet that trade only means the transport of raw materials, yeah, nobody ever moves exotic foods ACROSS THE ENTIRE PLANET SO A BUNCH OF FOREIGNERS CAN EAT IT. Art doesn't exist either, and FORGET about technology! Nobody ever bought all of their game consoles exclusively from one country because they were ahead in the field, of course not! Every country also has every industry it needs in enough abundance to be self sufficient!
JESUS CHRIST YOU HAVE WON THE ARGUMENT BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO YELL. STATE YOUR POINTS IN A CLEAR AND CONCISE MANNER WITHOUT USING CAPITALS, IT KINDS OF WEAKENS YOUR ARGUMENT.
Well, in this RP, the parts I have control over, do have a trade network. If you do not wish to recognize this, I will not recognize you. Sounds fair.
You can have your trade network, before keyguy started yelling I was trying to say for most of us it would be unnecessary. And slaves are kind of unnecessary, robots are much cheaper.

Economies do change, and spices are worth their weight in gold. However even new materials could still be easily found, or possibly manufactured with enough understanding of physics. Space is pretty big, their is millions of stars in the galaxy. It be fully possible to find new materials easily. Unless it's something only one nation knows how to create somehow, but even then that does not necessitate a galaxy wide trade network, that just necessitates a few freighters and trade deals here and there. I am not saying a economy would not exist, I am just saying it would be vastly different then how we understand them. And no referenconium was actually found on the Roman's homeworld, and most of it is located in their home system.

You have gotten to far.
When I said its easy to get materials, I meant basic materials that you already know about. It all honesty its not that hard to identify a alloy or material you already know about, I am not talking about special materials that have some weird-ass properties like Eezo from ME. Even then those are probably man-made elements that you are creating your self.
Not really no. Considering its relatively easy to dig up your own materials in space, a galactic economy is not even needed.
"unregistered slave trading" This would seem to imply that registered slave trading is legal. Hell I do not think there is even any other player nations that use slaves.
Luckily there are non player nations!
The only ones ever created are the ones I created. And none of them use slaves, not even the Rashine.
Copying images under my rules from Wikias is okay Using nations, even carbon copies is okay, as long as you write it yourself. Copying straight from a wiki is not okay. Making a obvious copy of a another player's nation and then copying parts of their app and passing it off as your own is a bullshit and douchebag move. Not only is Faze's app denied, I am banning him for that.
