That seems doable. I mean it wouldn't be the first time barriers were used in such a way. And lets say 30 feet. And the range and size of barriers can grow as the RP goes on I think.

Still scolding them. Odd in a way. "You both let yourselves be manipulated by the same man knowing how bad he is and didn't think about coming to us for help." She said squeezing the two tightly by the neck in the death grip of a hug. "Mom... Mom..." Nate struggled.

So then why not make up your own barrier magic?
THinking about it and examples of barrier like powers it would have a fair enough amount of limitations and the like.

Maybe. Maybe one of those, because I'd rather do anything than just go with one element. I like being flexible with things my character can do.Also wouldn't Palm Magic just do exactly what Ripple Magic does anyway?...Would Barrier magic be alright?

I'm gonna say no to Barrier magic because if it's the same thing I looked up than isn't it kind of lethal to everyone good or bad around the user when they use it? Pretty dangerous lol XD

you want something that you can be creative with and have room to grow with potential and the like. I think maybe... Copy Magic? Gives you fair room... Won't be able to go overboard... You can have fun with it for the most part. I don't think Kitty would mind.

EDIT: Dark Ecriture is one of my personal favorites. Runes and what not can be fun and stuff.
