Sorry um... I should also say we'll need to talk about how much Ryo we have and budget ourselves or something. I do not have a system as of yet. Also... For now let's focus on getting to a point where we need an antagonist before we make them lol. We can PM and talk though.

That reminds me. Everyone. Can you add an equipment spot to your CS right under the Jutsu section. It's not mandatory right now and your acceptance isn't revoked or anything. Just need to add that. lol you know Kunai, Shuriken, Swords, etc.

I, as GM, stand by what my co-gm, Redwing, says. I know that it may seem unfair not allowing knew characters, but from the start I wanted to keep the RP fairly small for now. 7 or 8 people, comprosing 2 teams of 1 jonin and 3 genin. having an extra person would be kind of weird and go against the usual flow represented in the show. Redwing as far as I know does very well at picking out flaws and even sees things that I don't see. So I trust Redwing's decisions while I'm not here. Show them the same respect as you would me.

Now I want to address this.

The problem is that even though the Chidori isn't Sharingan only, in order to use it and variations it must be learned. Now the problem with it is explained in Kakashi Gaiden to an extent. Here's a quote from the Wiki. Merely the first paragraph of the Drawbacks.

"This technique has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, Sasuke and Kakashi are able to avoid the drawback because of their Sharingan, which takes in every detail, regardless of how fast the user is moving."

So not having the Sharingan would make knowing the technique fairly pointless. Not being able to properly use the Chidori to it's full potential would hinder a person mastering it. And therefore make learning any of the variations, which also emphasize speed extremely difficult and pretty pointless.

I mean Kakashi up until likethe end of rescuing Gaara.
So I suppose the Mangekyo would drain you considerably. Like if he could use it 2 or 3 times you can maybe use it 4 or 5 as the series has made it a point that those who have a kekkei genkai that they weren't born with use considerably more chakra than those who are born with it would use.

Also Zar... If the teammate was important to Jerin... And he watched them die, and it was traumatic and stuff...
He probably already has the Mangekyo Sharingan... Even if he doesn't know it...
The experience should fit the requirements.
Unless you want Sasuke to die?

Yeah you would need mangekyo sharingan. Itachi only had it cause it was one of the powers he awakened when he gained it. Not everyone gets the same magelyo sharingan powers or designs lol.
Also, based on the end, I don't think Sasuke is allowed in the village. So jerkin would probably need to visit him outside of the village. Although for a while he would have been travelling the world and helping people to atone for his sins. I think that's what he wanted to do... XD

1) The links weren't working for me. Idk why... But I know Jugo. So it's whatever.
2) I don't think you can know or have learned Chidori unless Sasuke or one of the other Uchiha people taught you. If you want to learn it in the story I can arrange a teacher for in story development. Though generally it isn't really the best technique for people without Sharigan (as Kakashi learned in the flashback of how he got the sharingan and obito and yeah...) or like Lee Level speed.
3) How is she half Uzumaki? Is her mom Karin? Am I right? Maybe?
4) Why is she 13? Did she get left back or something? Everyone else is 12-13. Take the hint >_> lol sorry if that was mean TT__TT just sayin... Why ya gotta ruin the flow?
5) This isn't constructive or important, but heh... Mor (pic) and Jugo's kekkei genkai just seem to really fit together.
