Plot Summary

Your character lives an average life; an average sleep schedule, an average diet, an average job, an average family, an average apartment, an average job... the list goes on and on. The only thing that isn’t average is their technique of relieving stress. Your characters escape method is a full reenactment of their favorite fantasy book, though through the medium of dolls. One of the scenes in the book involves a lot of hay and unfortunately thanks to some faulty wiring the apartment is set ablaze quickly. No one is harmed but your character has lost everything that they worked so hard to collect. Thousands of dollars, years of work, gone in a second. But after the fire dies down a girl is found under a pile of rubble, this girl sharing a striking resemblance to the character of your book. Upon her right shoulder blade you see your characters signature, a horrifying realization coming to mind. This girl is the doll you hand crafted to fit the main character of the book as you imagined her to look like. At the hospital this girl has no memory of who she is, her only connection is your character. The plot would center around your character teaching her about not only the world but what it is to be human as well. That is, if you let her believe she’s anything more than a doll come to life.

After reading your interest check I honestly gotta say one thing; you’re awesome!

Regardless of anything, just had to say that!

Now, if you don’t mind a rusty RP’er trying to get back into the swing of things and are itching for a gritty role play with super heroes and villains I got a plot I could pitch you. Let’s just say my villain would have super sonic sound powers that she harnesses with a gigantic amp and the power of Rock.

Welcome to my plot shop! Let’s cut to the chase shall we? You’re in need of a plot and I’m seeking someone to buy/play them! Our role play starts off in a floating city, the lower levels of it being plagued by a pollution that only affects women, making them unable to bare children. Outside of buildings all women must wear masks, at least in the lower levels. The upper levels are unpolluted, meaning women of high society can easily produce children and they don’t have to wear gas masks.

Your character is a former nobleman fallen from high society, working in a factory as part of a deal with his former rival now boss. My character is the heiress to a large fortune, currently awaiting marriage to the rival as agreed upon by their parents. Your character used to court my character, having been very much in love but now forbidden by high society to be together. Your characters father, a national hero, had a gambling addiction that was exploited by the rival character.

Unable to pay they all work in the factories, the two meeting again when she comes in with the rival to meet with clients. The two can only exchange glances but they both miss one another. Unbeknownst to anyone my character has a tendency to pay off her personal body guard to slip out into town, disguising herself as a lowly maid so she can go unnoticed in the lower levels to dream of a life where’s she’s married for love not title.

Our characters bump into one another and she drops an invitation to a gala, rushing off without noticing. Reading the invitation your character realizes her identity, deciding to wait at the entrance of the lower levels to see her again. After that they begin to rekindle their romance, both knowing that it’s only a matter of time before she must wed his rival. But your character will be damned if he’s going to let the rival have her.

The role play will focus on not only the relationship of the couple but the climb back up into high society, the rivalry between the two men and the choice of title or love should the climb be unsuccessful.
