Bio: Keegan was born and raised just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. He lived in a small trailer home with his mother, father and two sisters. Being the oldest sibling with two parents who worked full time there was a lot of responsibility placed on him, but he shouldered it well. He learned to cook, clean and take charge at a young age. His sisters even taught him to braid their hair and help them paint their nails. Though he and his siblings looked deceptively human at a young age (aside from easily hidden tails) their infernal blood was obvious to anyone who spent more than a minute or two around them. The children were intensely focused on any task, game, or interest placed before them, but in a way that a predator stalks prey. This did not stop at other people. 

Keegan especially had a way of making others feel uncomfortable at first but he quickly learned to get past this with good social skills and a warm exterior demeanor. A becoming personality could be learned like any other skill and used to his advantage. This did not prevent him from studying and toying with people whom he decided were expendable, though. He wound up hurting, embarrassing and infuriating many of his classmates through out school and was always involved in fights. Despite a fearsome intelligence he never showed interest in his education after elementary school which lead him to flunk out of high school. He would get his G.E.D. instead.

As soon as he left home Keegan fell in with a bad crowd in Vegas. The drugs, violence, sex, money, and risk of the city called to his demonic side in a way he could not ignore. At night he was a bartender. Even later into the night he was a dealer, hired gun, and courier for his new friends and his new boss. He had lost track of what the desert sun looked like. Before long he found himself sick, miserable, addicted to cocaine, with a new girl or boy every night and an eviction notice on his door. But it felt so right. The life he was leading allowed him to not have to think. He didn't have to use his mind if he was constantly in a state of ignorant bliss and pleasure. It awoke something completely carnal and instinctive inside of him. Animalistic. Amazing. But all around him he saw others who had fallen into the same trap. They were peers, friends, coworkers, lovers. Many of them he had dragged down into the abyss with his own hands. They looked like skeletal versions of who they once were. They were no longer interesting to be around, useful, fun, intelligent... Just husks. He began to wonder if he looked like them. He had to. 

It was ten years before Keegan finally realized that what he was doing no longer brought him pleasure. He no longer felt anything at all. No joy, no passion, no hate, no anger, no ambition, no love. He sat on a curb outside of a strip club trying to sober up after vomiting and pushed the hair out of his eyes. Casting a glance down at his wrist he frowned. He still had a few years, but it wasn't something he liked to think about. The thought that someone out there was going to run into him someday and change his life made him uncomfortable. Who were they to derail his life or burden him with their existence? What would they think if they met someone as awful as him? It wasn't like they had to accept him. The two of them could just life their lives alone and ignoring each other until one of them bit the dust. The thought drove a stabbing pain through his chest he could not stand. Hopelessness was eating at him.

The next day he was on a bus to New York. He has vowed to never return to Las Vegas again. Though he is far from perfect and still has a habit, or even a hobby maybe, of antagonizing and toying with people he is generally a nice person. He has cleaned up his act and no longer abuses drugs, but he does drink on occasion and he still loves to play poker. He only has one or two friends whom he keeps close and has many many acquaintances. Keegan likes it this way though, as he has a hard time letting people get too close to him due to an innate distrust of others and a fear of what he may be tempted to do to them.

Feelings about meeting their soul mate: Nervous. Keegan is constantly wondering if he will be a disappointment to that little name on his wrist but he would never confess that to anyone. Where he used to be charming and confident, as the day comes nearer and nearer he has turned into a stuttering, awkward, nervous wreck. He is unable to focus and just wants it to be over with.

@boomlover Casual players and role plays generally have a standard that is higher than or not present in Free. Though a few mistakes and a loose writing style are acceptable it is somewhat expected that a writer at least goes through a post and makes sure punctuation, capitalization and spelling are decent. I myself struggle with spelling so I run my writing through a quick spell check before posting. Do you understand those writing standards? Even if your skill is not top notch those are basics.

To come into an RP with a character who is inexplicably the "best" at what they do inside of an organization that is as large as a UN conglomerate military is laughable. You basically ran in here with a CS that screamed "My character is the best!" and expected us to bow. I don't play with characters who are "the best." I play with characters who are human. Humans who always have room for improvement.

I may sound stuck up in saying that I keep a higher standard, but I am disappointed. I'm disappointed in you for moving up to Casual without stepping up your game and I'm disappointed in the GM for letting it slide like this was Free.
