Name: Revren

Age: 175

Personality: Revren is a very laid-back elf. He doesn't much care for hard work unless it benefits him in some way. Though quiet in crowds and upon first meeting, he can become rather loud and obnoxious once he gets to know you.

Extra: Revren has spent the last fifty years as an apprentice to his uncle. Though his uncle uses the title of merchant, he is more of a pirate than anything else. Revren's sword is always on him and his pet is never far.

Pet: A raven named Berhtram

@Karro I'm feeling the stranded one more. The idea intrigues me with all the twists and turns it could possibly take. If you want to shoot me a PM we can work out the finer details there.

@The One I'm always interested in modern fantasy. It's actually one of my favorites. Mystical makes everyone happy. Also.... your signature pic kind of freaks me out.

@Karro At least I'm not the only one who's rusty. I don't really have specific themes or topics I prefer. I tend to just dump a bunch of things into a melting pot and see what happens.

I like the idea of something historical or the stranded thing. Historical wise I tend to lean more toward the 1860s and Native Americans. I'm an 1/8 Lakota Sioux and know more background on that whereas I vaguely remember talking about WWII back in high school nine years ago.

The stranded one could be some major fun though when you look at all the other things that can be thrown in. Take a cruise, throw in a storm, whisk up a shipwreck... Add in a rich girl/poor boy(or vise versa) setup and a love/hate theme for spice... Sounds like a mighty fine gumbo to me.

Hello peoples of the guild. I'm Desert Ghost. Most people just call me Ghost. Nothing fancy about me. Just a deaf, super pale 25 year old woman in the desert. Yes, I really am deaf. No, there is no way to prove it. You'll just have to take my word. I haven't really role played in 5-6 years. Life kind of got out of hand. Things are settling down now and I'd like to get my creative juices flowing again.

Standards
I float somewhere between casual and advanced. Usually 1-2 paragraphs, more if I'm inspired. I expect the same.
One-liners will get dropped like a bad habit.
I can role play pretty much anything if I know the background.
Usually stick to MxF or FxF pairings. I won't do MxM.
I can play either a male or female but prefer sticking to my own gender.
I don't mind swearing, action, or mature content.
Gore is the only thing I won't deal with. If it turns my stomach to read it, I won't.

Things I WON'T do
Anime - Don't watch it so won't play it
Online Comics - Unless it comes from SNAFU I don't know what it is
Canon Characters in Fandoms - I can't gel with a character I haven't created

Basically anything is an option. Just talk to me about it. Ask if I'm interested and give details. I'm not much of one for a big fancy plot. I just go by the seat of the pants and let the chips fall where they may. I prefer to see the characters develop rather than stick to a story line.

I am intrigued by your fandoms and genres. I must admit I've never done any of the fandoms you have listed. It's been a good five years at least since I've really done any role playing. Work and children and life took me over. If you don't mind someone who is a bit dusty and rusty in their writing skills, I'd love the chance. As far as rp smut goes, I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. While I don't mind reading it, I can't write it worth a darn. I usually end up doing a fade to black because I can't do much else. Anyway, it's after midnight now. I'll stop rambling and hope to speak more with you later.
