@MacabreFoxWhich is why I said 'expect to fail some stuff' instead of 'you have to increase it'. If you want to keep it low, that's fine by me.
@MacabreFox Your dexterity is extremely low for a thief, so expect to fail more rogue related checks than usual. You can also change it to something higher, like 16.
Half elves are not immune to magical sleep. Resistant, but not immune.
Skills: You're a half elf, so you likely have one or two native languages (language skill 100) Pick those accordingly.
Abilities: I presume the number next to the abilities is the amount of casts you have per day for each one?
Since you didn't list weapon damage numbers, I'm going to use the default D&D dice values for them.
