Franklin had concern and worry running through him as Quentin came back to them looking he got punched directly in the brain. Though the joke about coffee was enough to distract and confuse Franklin for a.moment. "I uh...could still get you a cup if you want Quentin.". Franklin told him giving an awkward yet friendly smile.
Still the news was the last thing Franklin had wanted to hear. He was hoping Jack had just ran off, stubborn as he usually was when Alex bossed him around too hard. This though was terrible on so many different levels. Not only were they now possibly in over their heads. Valeria's theory about magic being involved had a lot more weight to it. Granted Franklin still didn't fully believe it, him and his father shared more than just genetics after all.
Sighing with a sad tone Franklin ran a finger through his dirty blond hair. A clear sign to Valeria his worry, as it was something hd did when he felt sick with worry or just plain overwhelmed. Franklin paused in thought before going to his pocket once again. "Alright sis we did your plan, now its my turn.". He turned from her to Quentin, giving him a faint smile of assurance. "Actually there is something you can do for me."
Pulling out a newspaper clipping Franklin handed it to Quentin, an article on a group of young superheroes. "they're called the Young Avengers. The avengers aren't particularly keen on them at the moment but I think, with all due respect to you and Spidey here. We're going to need more power on our side it sounds like."
Franklin pulled out a set of keys, "Quentin, go ahead and find them, we can try to meet up with them and see what they can do for us." Before anyone could say another word, Franklin clicked a beeper on the keys. Causing the helipad opening to slide out and up revealing a large modified SUV that had thrusters molded into the back. With the same coloring and four symbol Franklin' suit had. "It's the Fantasticar Jr, a late sweet 16 present from dad and Uncle Johnny. Just got my driver's and pilot's license two days ago."
