How much crap have Marvel and DC adapted to comics? Didn't KISS have a comic too? Why are the comicbook companies such sellouts, and why do I love it so much?

Seriously though this RP, like so many others, needs focus. Bringing in Vertigo characters would be a really bad idea. Especially since just about all of that would mesh terribly with traditional superhero antics. V For Vendetta should never have anything to do with Batman, Superman, or the like. I don't even like Alan Moore and I think thats an easy call to make.

Again though I just think simple is best. Set up a reality where in it New York City is still what it is, but now Boston is Metropolis, Chicago is Gotham, say Philadelphia is Star City, and St. Louis is Central City. The avengers are SHIELDs big group that are government funded, and considered the official superhero team. Though the heroes that want nothing to do with SHIELD for whatever reason branched off and made the Justice League. Where they're operating privately and funded in secret by Wayne Industries. So while they would be considered a renegade group and some groups and people, like of course J Jonah Jameson, want SHIELD to arrest the justice league. SHIELD realize the good they're doing for the most part and are just going to wait until the justice league give them a reason to be arrested. Of course leading to a very uncomfortable tension between the two teams on the rare occurrence they work together.

I had an idea for Peter Parker if you want to talk over plans and what not.
Well I was talking to t2wave about my own concept for a Marvel/DC crossover. I've done it on here before but the idea is essentially combining the Young Avengers and Young Justice into a single team. I never really put any reason into how the two universes are together because to me thats over thinking things. You can make a universe where both DC and Marvel heroes co-exist without having to stuff a reason into it. Simple, and to the point of the matter.
Really also when you think about it whats the possibility that the thing that brings everything together really plays a serious role in what happens. Only the story is like a reality like ours suddenly has DC and Marvel heroes and stuff in it.
