Cloudhaven - Dawn

"Fife moor minetsss" Xris moaned.
-Peck-
Xris swung without opening his eyes, and something fluttered.
-Peckpeckpeckpeck-
"Enough!" Xris shouted, rolling over... And fell out of the tree.
"AAHH!" he shouted in surprise, then landed in the grass with an "Oof!"

Xris wiped the sleep from his eyes and looked around. He wasn't in his bed, he was in some sort of garden area. Then it all came back. The video game, the announcement stating that the log out button had been disabled, and perma-death had been enabled, and the past couple of days. He had all but given up on reality as soon as he heard that they were trapped. The announcement said nothing about an escape, so he didn't know if there even was one, let alone how to find it. He still had a sliver of hope, however.

He struggled to his feet and stretched. After a yawn, he made his way towards the center of town. He needed to get himself some breakfast. Then he had some work to do.

Cloudhaven - A bit before midday

Xris finished his lunch of a ham sandwich under a tree in the Cloudhaven park. He then stood up and brushed the leaves and dirt off him, and made his way back to the Market district. He had decided that he would always eat lunch early, then preform at the market during lunch time, that way when people were eating lunch, they would watch him for entertainment.

He arrived at his chosen spot, and started. Pretty soon, a small crowd had arrived to watch while on their lunch break.

Was my character accepted? I read a few pages after my CS, and it didn't seem like anyone mentioned it.

Just have your characters pop over to the lounge and ask what their doing, and the group will probably invite your characters to join them.

Kings Game:
Somebody gets one piece of paper per a person that is playing. One has King on it, and the rest have numbers. The King reveals themself, and says something like "1 needs to sit on 6's lap for the remainder of the game." The person who has 1 then must sit on 6's lap. Then everyone puts the pieces of paper back in the bowl, and they redraw.

Appearance
Xris is five feet, six inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He is quite skinny, and not exactly muscle-bound. He has a blonde bowl cut reaching his eyes, which are bright green. He has a small splash of freckles across his noes, and his skin is a creme color. He wears a dark brown tunic reaching halfway down his thighs, with light brown trousers. He wears a black cloak over top of it, but usually keeps the hood down. He never wears the cloak while preforming.

Class: Knifist? Knifer? Knife User
Knifists are fast, close combat fighters that usually fight with two daggers. Ones that are good enough can juggle three knives whilst fighting, causing attacks to come from three different points, making it almost impossible to block every single time. Other Knifists use poisons, or runes on their weapons to strengthen the bite of their daggers, as they aren't very strong. Tanks can easily plow through their attacks at close range, forcing them to flee.
At farther range, Knifists can throw some of the backup knives they keep on their person with almost deadly accuracy, if powerful enough. Almost like a short range sniper, throwing the knives in between the slits of armor.

Skill List
Active:
- Hyperdrive: Xris becomes faster, stronger, more agile, and gets better reflexes. Quite an ordinary skill, but useful, none the less.
- Blessed Dagger: Xris summons a single magic dagger that ignores all defenses, then throws/thrusts it into an opponent. If it hits, they become paralyzed for fifteen minutes, making it quite a useful ability to have.
- Alternated Gravity: Xris lessons the gravitational pull on himself, allowing him better maneuverability. Just as good while fighting as it is while putting on a show.
Passive:
- Increased Agility: Being an acrobat certainly helps while battling, especially when you're a lightweight, close-combat fighter. Try hitting someone when their doing flips, cart wheels, and slides all around you.

Equipment List
- Ten knives in hidden places all around his body.
- Clothes
- Dark cloak, makes it easier to hide in the shadows.
- Pouch holding money. He keeps some money in his shoe, too, in case some thief decides to steal his pouch while he's eating at a local tavern.

Matt locked eyes with Lily, who waved and mouthed a "Hello!". Matt smiled and waved back.
How come I couldn't hug Lily instead? That would have actually made this worth it. Matt thought, turning his eyes back towards the game. Suddenly, he felt his cheeks heat up.
Come on, don't be ridiculous! Matt thought, frowning. Get your thoughts together, focus.

He had been so busy thinking to himself, he had missed the command. Apparently Darwin and Ryuu were supposed to do something. He didn't really know Ryuu that well, he had just seen him around.

Ryuu's lips began to look all shiny and off color.
What is that? Matt wondered. He squinted to see if he could make it out, but it seemed to be just some sort of energy field. Who knows, maybe it actually was and energy field.

Dani smiled back, then turned back to the game. A kiss? So somebody actually decided to make play this game like an ordinary high school student would?
When Dani found out who was kissing he gasped and covered his mouth so nobody could see him grinning. Kissing someone of your own gender was a whole lot more awkward then kissing someone of the opposite.

Dani jumped when Liam suddenly pulled out her phone and rushed off, her pig tails flying behind her like a cape.
"Liam?" he asked, confused, then Liam stopped and pointed her phone at the two. She was going to take a picture of them kissing? Dani tried, and failed, to not grin when he realized what she was doing. What a jerk!
