I changed my character to have curved sword instead of straight, because his fighting style was too much like Umichi's.

@Little_ninja Alright moved it over. And yeah, I see where you're coming from. I always saw the Beast Mastery as there are set beasts in the world that if you go up to them and have high enough Familiar-related skill, and you don't already have one, they like you.

DESCRIPTION: Riverbows don't help in battle situations like most other pets, though their abilities are just as useful. When somebody tames a Riverbow, they have the ability to see through its eyes, allowing them to literally have a birds eye view. However, SAO has an invisibile barrier about one third of the way up to the bottom of the next floor that can not be passed except through dungeons. This makes was mainly made for making it possible to kill flying monsters with ranged attacks, who would normally just fly out of reach of knife throwers and rain death upon all.

BIO
Rihito was the only son of Gyousei Fumitaka, one of the higher-ups in the NerveGear company. Saying his family was rich would be an understatement, but in no way did that make Rihito's life perfect. In fact, it was far from it. His father expected much from Rihito from a young age. Private Tutors were hired to teach Rihito as much about Math and Science as he could possbily learn, and then some.

Rihito was very protected, bearly ever leaving the large expanse of property that was owned by the Fumitaka Family. His father forbid him, telling Rihito that he didn't want him to "pick up the childish ways of the childish people".

Rihito turned inward, and became timid and quiet like his mother. He really loved his father, and wished to please him, but he didn't feel like there was anything he could do. He wasn't strong like his father. He was just Rihito.

He turned to video games, and though he enjoyed a lot of different genres of games, he really got into MMORPGs. There, he could be whoever he wanted. Timid Rihito became strong, independant, and powerful Ritaka. Ritaka could do whatever he wanted, banishing powerful demons, and rescuing damsels in distress.

Rihito always had a NerveGear, as his father worked for the company, but he didn't really use it much. However, when he found out his mother had secretly signed him up as a beta tester for SAO, and he had gone through, he was overjoyed! He quickly wizzed through his studies every day so he could go to that other dimension where Rihito and Ritaka became one person.

Rihito played as much as he could, becoming one of the most powerful beta testers. He tried everything he could, from spear fighting to sewing, just so he knew for sure what he wanted to go for when SAO was released. He decided on Beast Mastery, because it heald so much experiances that no other type of play style had. He researched as much as he could, and found out about all kinds of tamable beasts, but none of the lower floor tamables were as appealing to him as the Riverbow.

PERSONALITY
Although Rihito acts shy in real life, when he becomes Ritaka, he becomes a strong leader like his father. He keeps his cool in most serious situations, and is always ready to lead, or be led, into battle.

Though he's serious about a lot of things, he's not unkind. No matter the circumstances, he's always willing to help someone learn the game a bit better, or listen if they had a bad day. Whenever someone comes to him for aid, he feels honored and happy to help.

Rihito thinks that Ritaka is just a character. The truth is that Ritaka is Rihito, but with the ability to act the way he feels in a comfortable environment. Sword Art Online is Rihito's freedom, not his cage.

Just a few minor details
The health you should have is probably 600 instead of 675
Also, you have one stat point left to use.
And another would be, the pet, will probably have to come in afterwards. You will probably need to find it and tame it later.

I fixed it. The reason I had my character have a pet so early is:

- The game would be released approximately at 8:00 AM, the same time the stores that sold copies opened in the morning. (This is an assumption. It makes sense, but I have no evidence to back it up).
- The announcement was made at 5:30 PM. My reasoning for this is because Klein found out that they couldn't leave because he was trying quit to receive the pizza that was to arrive then.
- There are probably very few tamable beasts on the first floor, so if anyone was to get one, they'd have to beat every other player that wanted one. I thought my character would have gotten on, created his character, and gone straight to tame his pet. It would probably take some time getting there, but probably not nine hours.

And the stat point and health were just plain derp miscalculations XD

But yeah, I fixed it :)
