I agree that conditions are needed, but that's a bit much .-. Maybe you can only control it subconsciously? Like a wolf is charging at you to eat you, you put up your hands... And a beautiful gold statue falls to the ground. Or someone tells you your cousin died and the milkshake your holding suddenly has a strange yellow tint...
