Also, considering how rich they are, Lucrum could always pay other nations for protection.
As you said, our two nations are involved in two different forms of economy, so they are not competitors. I could actually see a sort of symbiotic relationship between the two. Ospa could use Lucrum's port(s) (in general Lucrumites are not boat people so they will be rarely used except for importing and other nations using them) to get some of their products into the largest, most profitable markets in Seyan (and some of the best markets in the world). Ospa would have to pay quite a few fees to sell in Lucrum but they would still turn a large profit.
So, friends at this point in time.
@The Omnipotent Sphere
Well, considering they will probably know about any incoming attacks because of the spies they'd probably already have multiple traps and ambushes set up on the border. Also, if a large enough army were to attack that it threatens the nation that bad, they'd Rusia-in-WW2 it. Destroying the enemies' food and supplies and destroying any villages they would pillage on the way to any main cities (or maybe just Cupiditas if the situation is that dire) so that by the time an army reaches the walls of Cupiditas or an important city, they are so weak that they cannot stage a proper siege. Also remember that these guys are masters at ambushing. Don't underestimate this style of warfare.
Incoming: Planet Xaine...

Your space pod flashes that deep, dreadful shade of red that indicates the planet's surface is incoming. "Approaching Planet Xaine" is shown on the display screen in front of you. You are nearing a new era in the human race. The year is 2145, and the earth is gone. You heard the last transmissions die out as you began this journey. Several years ago it was discovered that earth didn't have much time left. Around the same time, a black hole to another galaxy opened up. Through probes it was discovered that there was an inhabitable planet on the other side. This started a world wide space race. Nations, corporations, and all other groups all raced to develop a way to get to this planet, the planet was named Xaine. It was found to be earth like, and the atmosphere contains enough oxygen to breathe, but no other research could be done. There was simply not enough time. As earth began to collapse you, and all the other space pods, were launched into the black hole, towards the planet. Who knows what awaits in this new world?

That's the gist of it.

In Planet Xaine you will control a smallish group from a corporation (preferably of your own design), nation (like Russia or Canada. Could even go with something more specific like American Scientists. Also, could make up a nation. It has been over a century, you know.) or some kind of group (religious, criminal, etc.). Your main objective is to colonize and survive on this new world. Your group will have to worry about the local wildlife and fauna, any natives that may be around, supplies, and each other.

There will be futuristic weapons but don't expect to be commanding a huge military with many weapons of mass destruction. The most you will have is a tank or a few jeeps. There is no way even a large space pod could carry any more. That is, of course, unless you find a way to create them on Xaine...

Many details still need to be worked out but this is the rough outline of it. I will put together a NS if any interest is shown.

Here is the map:

Initially you will pick where you land/crash and will expand from there.
Any interest?

For SkyGuard I'm pretty sure the Imperial March is perfect haha.
@Mihndar Can we post a full post right after a dialogue post or do we have to wait until two more people write a proper post after we posted the dialogue?
Also, who is taking up Map duty?

Freedom for the Betterment of Mars

"Colt. I need a casualty and recruitment report.", John says, his eyes staring at the monitors that are showing the situation in Elysium.
"Well... The bad news is that those motherfuckin' SkyGuard assholes and their drones killed almost half of the FBM forces in the city." Colt almost yells, his anger clear.
"Calm, Colt, be calm. We'll get them back. What's the good news?", John says calmly.
"Recruiting has been off the charts. The recruiting trip to La Colony-That-We-Made-A-Agreement-With,"
"La Parranda." Scythe quickly corrects.
"Whatever," Colt continues, "the trip was very successful. Got a good amount of their civvies to join, and even a couple of those big ass Los Locos guys."
"The commandos who are pretty much super solders?", John asks curiously.
"Those are the ones. We've also got a huge increase of guys from the refugees from Elysium. Ex EDC, some of the criminals left without a home, even some Bloodly Brothers who I guess wanna actually kill for a cause. Some real killers.", Colt finishes, almost smiling at this point.
"Is the Elysium base still in operation?" John says very grimly.
"Somewhat. It's not as blown up as everything else. Being in the basement of an abandoned factory helps with shit it like that.", Colt replies.
"Good. Send out a rescue mission. Armed Rovers. Pick up any citizens that are willing to go and bring them to safety. We'll keep this up for a day, then we must have the rest of the FBM forces in Elysium fortify themselves in the Urban base. Got it?", Scythe says in his commanding voice.
"Yessir."
Something tells me that if the situation in Elysium City is going to become as bad as it sounds, FBM is going to take a big hit...

Obviously there will be the deaths of FBM fighters in Elysium, but most of those will be off set by refugees joining. The base in Elysium is hidden away like all the bases and isn't the biggest base.
Long story short, my PC literally exploded and I won't be able to be a part of this RP anymore until I can replace the part(s), and I don't know when that will be. Life just keeps getting better, doesn't it?

Adios.

Damn. That's no good. Hopefully the Rokthan will rise again soon.
<Snipped quote by Elitestpotato>

^That. Also take it easy on space stuff as SKYGUARD has a monopoly on that. You will be the last faction to round out the roster unless someone drops.

Anyone going to step in at Elysium city? Otherwise I'm basically going to level it and send refugees out to other colonies/cities.

Well FBM has that base in the city.
