Ryan is the last to leave the room. He is going into battle, why should he run into his enemies' arms? No, he will casually stroll to his destination. Several of his parents voices pop up in his head, telling him to hustle, but he just ignores them. Goodwell finally makes it to the pilot outfits and slinks into one. He continues on to his Frame. As he approaches Macabre several scientists give him reports on the Frame's status. Ryan could care less, he just wanted to get this over with... And win. But he doesn't have to win, he just feels like a winner this particular day.

Ryan climbs into the open chest of the Frame. It isn't as high up as most of the other Framewerks but it is still a good bit of exercise. He positions himself in the Macabre and the chest closes around the boy. Ryan swings the Katana, "Visceral", a few times to get the hang of it and also draws his pistol a couple of times. He gives a thumbs up with the Frame to signal that everything is fine and then begins to wait.

@Diabolic of course, of course. As you can see, we're a group of friendly, understanding busy bodies ourselves. Laziness, of course, strikes every once and again. As it so happens, today is my day off, and I'm being extremely lazy and had neglected all that I was supposed to do this morning. :p With the hubby at work, the cats actually leaving me alone, I've lopped around all morning watching netflix.

@Ariamis The problem with a defined order of posting is that if one person gets writers block or can't post for some reason it'll hold the whole rp up. Maybe defined for battles but free otherwise?

Ryan scoffs as he lazily strolls over to Miles' pocket computer. He scrolls until he comes to the Black Comodo. "A real shame that if someone with a fast and nimble Frame could take out those joints here, here and here", Goodwell points out the lightly armored joints of the mech. Ryan slyly and wickedly smiles as he knows that his own Frame is the exact type of Frame he is talking about.

Stepping back, Goodwell again examines the room. Two pilots seem interesting to him. One is Stukov. His frame is perfect to partner with Macabre. Plus... Her kind of reminds Ryan of his brother. The boy quickly shrugs the thought off. Next is Elora. She seems so small, innocent and quiet. As much as he hates to admit it, Ryan has a soft spot for small, innocent, and quiet things. Ryan approaches Stukov and gives a slight nod to Koehler, not hearing his proposal to Stukov. Ryan then turns to the tall boy.

"I suggest we team up. Daemon is the perfect fit for Macabre. Macabre hits hard and fast, then retreats behind Daemon to avoid counter attacks, and repeat until Daemon finishes them off. Ryan sounds very quiet, Stukov would almost have to lean in to hear the other boy. Ryan actually very much dislikes talking as much as he is, but he figures that it is necessary.

"If we could also recruit Elora... Her drones could point out weak spots for Macabre." While true, Ryan is mostly saying this because he wants to protect Elora. He hates this instinct, but he has it.

Hof nods his head at Ekatyrina and puffs out his chest again while flexing his muscles them following that with tapping on his temple then saying proudly, "Dud is chief. He brings Brutes together.", he indicates this by pointing at him and then the group of Brutes behind him and then bringing his arms together to form a unified circle in front of him. Basically, he is saying that Dud is his chief and he is strong, smart and unified the Snow Brutes.

Faw goes along with the Platta and eventually ends up in a meeting with the interesting beings. When her role is brought up, she motions to her weapons and says in a mixture of Brute and Platta that she is a warrior and would gladly defend the Platta. If she comes to a word that is not mutually understood she explains it with hand gestures. She mentions that she would like to go South.

After the tribe's initial awe at Dud's new 'armor', as he came to call it, Dud immediately orders the armor and helmets to be produced at a higher scale, outfitting the military with them. They are not given to hunters, however, as the restriction of movement causes problems for the hunt. Dud begins to work on a remedy for this.
Rog ponders on the brown metal, devising ways to make the copper straight and sharp. He looks over to his hammer, then a bent blade of copper and decides to hit the thing. As he hits it, it straightens out, albeit a bit sloppily. Rog thinks about how to make this work.

In Texas it's either 95 degrees or pouring. Like, in about 2 months it rained so much that it ended the drought.

Ryan quietly observes Ritsu and Lorenzo, scowling at the XO's eagerness. He does realize this is a war right? This isn't just some experiment. His parents' voices suddenly play in his head, spewing speeches about following any orders without question. The boy shrugs them off as the two adults part, leaving him and his peers alone.
As the others introduce themselves he studies each of their faces with a cold glare. If he approves or disapproves of any of them one would not be able to tell. Each one is faced with the same cold, stoic look. Finally, Ryan decides to introduce himself. He steps forward and begins to speak in an icy, hollow tone.
"Hello. I'm Ryan Goodwell. Pilot of Macabre."
Ryan is satisfied with his introduction. Short, sweet and not showing emotion. The boy steps back away from the group and watches for reactions.
